If you look at the various replies, it could be:
a/ any of them
b/ all of them
c/ none of them
I'm leaning toward b.
I, for one, would be very happy with a string of 6+'s leading up to the eventual 10 +++ that is coming. But maybe that's just me (although I suspect not).
I would hesitate to act on that kind of statement from an old and trusted friend, much less some nameless , faceless individual on a message board. Although your insinuations may well prove correct, anyone investing on such a gratuitous assertion as that should have their head examined. I'm sure that , if proven correct, you will come back and say "I told you so", and believe me when I say that I hope you have that chance.
I, for one, do not hate you or any of your ilk. You just do not matter to me. I have my opinion (which I assume means nothing to you) and you have yours (which I know means nothing to me). No one here means anything to the eventual stock price. Just pick your position and don't worry about the rest.
One of my favorite movies. In the movie a falsely convicted man (longs) escapes prison by climbing out a sewer pipe (where we are right now). He (longs) does this to get to freedom on a beautiful foreign beach (triple digit oncs shares). He does this despite all the other prisoners (bashers) telling him that it will never happen. BTW, at the end of the movie he IS on that beach and the others are still in prison saying wooda', coulda' shoulda'. Just my musings.
I am long and very bullish on oncs, but you are 100% spot on in your assessment of the ramifications of that quote.
"May" = possible scenario. "May" also = may not. Your attitude is probably part of the reason your net worth isn't higher. You sound reasonably intellegent. Why not finally come into the light? Just curious.
I hope your analysis is correct for two reasons:
1/ Cancer patients will have hope and, in many cases, a significantly longer life span. (this is by far the most important reason)
2/ U.S. Heavily invested longs (believers) will either get rich or richer.
Just my humble opinion of course.
I haven't seen your posts since the old chtp days. Unlike some others, I enjoy a lot of what you have to say. I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
