Not that it matters, but just to be factual she wasn't fired. Just taken off the air for 6-7 months (leave of absence) but she's been back on the air since last summer (until she got sick last month and was in the hospital- don't know the outcome of that).
I know his history well. The point is that he's been short for the last 60+ points - a pop today of a few points isn't likely to worry him a bit. For that matter, no one knows what hedges he's put on, what entries and exits have occurred, etc. Ultimately, who cares? I make my own trading decisions, and so should everyone else. Worrying about (and taunting) Tilson about his paper losses for today is silly and childish, imo.
