I simply called my broker and told him I wanted to exercise my rights. Only took a few minutes after some require reading to me. So far it hasn't cost me anything! But only time will tell on that.

I got my Green Card and voted to replace everyone. Over 10000 shares. Hope it does the trick because I sure do not want another two years of pathetic performance. Something just has to change!!!

All indications after the rights offering and dilution is that it will trade at $14.50. The question is then is why it isn't trading at $14.50 now!
