You are 100% correct gene except with this biotech stock. They had video's of walking monkeys for God's sake.Rarely a week passed without some formal news. Then the first two humans,J&J social media...along the way they uplisted wow what a rush of news and promises. They've raised money twice along the way again flooding the market with pr's in order to raise the s/p just to give the buyer a healthy discount per share and then into hush mode to let the sp slowly sink. The "Fact" that we know, isn't because the company gives a ship about we little investors knowing anything. The "Fact" that we know is because the FDA needs to know and there may be a need of a working Co. with shareholders. Any chance the last $7.50/sp(with warrants) give away was to secure the # of votes to insure the voting results go the way the company wants? What is it? a proposal of how many more additional shares to sell if and when the co. deems needed? Do you really think our vote means a darn thing? Don't get me wrong, this is a smart co. with smart people running it and I believe in the concept and idea. I also think we will help a lot of people while making a nice profit on our investment. My last question How many warrants did any of we small shareholders receive? How many were offered ? Just food for thought....Oh by the way genetherapyman.....BITE ME! I'll sell when I'm no longer a bag holder as a lot of others on this board will do.

So...who do you think they are working for ???themselves or the shareholder???????? What if the 7th objective was getting sp above 20.00....now there is one that could of happened with proper pr's.

is there a voting right/time for PR firm? Also Perrin, can do a lot of nothing between now and 2017

and his company NVIV, don't need any more money right now. The $2 mil CEO and Co. (thanks to the $7.50/share with warrants giveaway) will remain silent until they need more money or forced to share their results according to a timetable which they set up. How about making the co.known to others thru talk shows, appearances, or better communication thru the media. Really, besides the current people invested in this co, be it long or short.....I mean who has ever heard of INVIVO,Who they are? What do they do? What they are attempting to do???? A pr today about anything. A follow up from one of the patients, plans for the future and how they plan on getting there, with some media follow up after yesterdays announcement. Anything to keep the momentum going, But not these guys. Kinda like let's not let the cat out of the bag until all our friends and cohorts have as much as they want. And we thought Frank was bad!!! Actually if it wasn't for J&J and their life's being made public thru social media, how many of us would of known about NVIV? Who are 3-9? How about an honest pr regarding something about them. Anything to draw attention to NVIV. More frustrated then ever with this company and as far as I'm concerned wasted money on the PR firm they are paying. From a bagholder from way back.

Once again all of the points raised, questioned, and answered in this (mortality rate) thread are all great. But don't you think NVIV should be more on damage control, doing and relating these thoughts instead of this message board explaining the facts and conditions that has happened with #8? Maybe a PR with the attending DR. relating the facts? I know management issued a PR but actually was weak in their communication. Kinda lame when a message board presents the story better than the co. You had to know the sp was gonna take a hit, yet the company did very little to try to prevent. JMHO

  • I've been a s/h since 2010. From that purchase $6.28/share Then a average down purchase in july 2011@4.57/share and then another average down purchase in march 2012 @3.42. Not only dead money for 6 years but red money. The only one responsible for this co. during this time period was Russ and His board. From 2010 until now Russ has drawn a mighty big paycheck for no or negative effect on the sp. Now @ .58/sp I Figure what the heck, if we are going to zero sp then let's do it without rewarding Russ and his board another cent of my money. Said it many times before on this message board and now is the chance to kick lazy, useless Russ to the curb. He certainly will not starve to death with the money we the shareholders have paid Him. We may go to zero with RR but at least Russ won't be the one taking my last .58/sp. Russ is proven loser who should be picked up from curb and thrown in a cell. JMHO

OOPS! how silly of me. Since I posted the above response to Cabe, above, There has been a communication where as Perrin's salary for 2015 was 1.9mil now that really raised the sp! Here we are another Monday. Perfect day for some major news and as usual.....Nothing. Way to go Management! oh and let's not forget about thanking the high priced PR firm. Just a thought..that 7.50/share special issued with the last round of pr's What if those shares are still held by someone who has agreed to vote whatever way the board wants at the annual meeting?

I think if we have any news, it will come out before the conference. Today or tomorrow. JMHO

  • tttuck by tttuck Apr 12, 2016 12:45 PM Flag

One decent PR would do it. With the conference Friday something should be released late today or A.M. tomorrow.

cabe, I know you have been around forever as have I. Remember all the pr's in the beginning? Then Frank left. Be it good,be it bad, once He was gone and Perrin was brought in, mum has been the word. J&J were the beginning and only had their daily accomplishments communicated thru them. Which created a huge following and belief in the Co. and their capabilities. Coincidence or requirement of next 5 patients Mum is the word. Looks like out of the new 5 patients a few would like to talk about their achievements. I'm thinking that now there has been some silent agreement attached to paperwork before procedure is done. Just thinking out loud......Where is some follow up from the az news station that began to cover Jordan in the beginning? Why so little communication now with Jordan? I guess my point is, in the beginning NVIV was looking for exposure, now seems the lower they can fly they do. The communication between patient and public is gone and the communication between Company and public is at best, close to nil. J&J's communication is what moved the sp, not perrin. I totally agree with you NVIV needs a legit CEO and also more human interest and communication between patient and public. JMHO

This is exactly what I was talking about. In a interview not a pr we learn Jordan has ankle movement and patient # so and so has bowel and bladder improvement/control. Now don't you think this news via a pr would of resulted in a sp movement up rather then an interview which was very hard to obtain, resulting in a red sp day! What is the management trying to do? Still a believing bagholder but can't believe this management.

the few times I've posted here always ended with kick Russ to the curb. He and his board have had way to long to turn this once good (can't say great) co. around. I don't need anything more to decide how to vote. Hell, the guy holding the rope for the canoes holding all that copper that was "missed/forgotten" to ship and post against that quarters production (anyone remember that screw up?) could run the company better then these proven lazy bums.....Kick em to the curb.....better yet, lock their sorry butts up! I've been a shareholder for at least 10 years, have listened to all the garbage and nothing ever developed. Russ and his gang have proven they can't/won't get it done. They are doing more work now to save their butts then they ever did trying to make TGB/shareholders profitable. Two last words to Russ and his board.....SEE YA!

fagen, how much was the sp before those 10 PR's you are talking about? What happened after the 10 you are talking about?they just happened to raise a little money during these pr's oh and the sp just happened to go up just before issuing more shares. $10ish/share but we will let you have it for 7.50...They are intentionally sitting on news and releasing when they decide. Shareholders/share price mean nothing to this management until they need something. Oh yea, what was the sp last July and wasn't it then they created the ATM? What happened to sp then and since then? Again I believe in the technology but the management and their style, that my friend leaves lots to be desired. JMHO One last thought....if the technology and results are like we all believe it is or will be, but the sp continues to flounder as it is,doesn't that make the company more available for a take-over or buy out at a much cheaper price then when the stock sits @ 17.00/share? I, like you am a long term investor with nviv and am entitled to my opinion, just because you don't appear to need more updates does not mean the rest of us aren't always looking for more positive news and pr's. A positive update regarding #6 which is expected any day now would do more now for sp then 1 month from now. Strike when the fire is hot Don't intentionally let the fire turn to embers as it seems to be doing with no other pr's release within this 30 day period. The more positive pr's the higher the sp.

You can bet your butt that if they were still waiting to do the secondary the PR would have been issued. I love the long "silent periods" where we investors are completely ignored by Co. and management. But let Co. want the sp to rise for their benefit, a whole slew of pr's come down the pipe! So here we are (I'm beginning to think it's where the co. wants us to be) silent treatment while the sp drifts back down. I'm still a long termer, but as usual with this stock.....frustrated as hell.
