Treatment of PD, the drug should penetrate blood brain barrier, but mAb can't. Anyone can explain how the drug work to treat PD?
I am concerned with the $6 billion debt. The company also ran out of cash. This company may have to sell asset at a very discounted price at this moment. I can't imagine anyone wants to buy WLL at $20
I am concerned that they say the drug is safe with a single dose and healthy volunteers. Pt tolerance is much lower. The news did give people an impression that the compound is safe and good potential. However, it's really misleading.
My problem to understand is why WLL wants to sell itself after it just bought a company. Management is horrible and doesn't have a long term vision. I feel sth is really fishy here. Probably the board realized the mistake and felt the survival risk. Bank may push for debt payback. Who knows what is hidden! Very weird!
Seriously, anyone on board here can explain how much the company is really worth. I tried to make a calculation, but it doesn't make sense at all this company is worth even $30.
$6 billion debt, how much will WLL have to pay interest + primary in next 10 years?
How much profit can WLL generate to pay back the debt and interest if oil is $30-60 in the next few years?
I am not bashing this stock. I want to learn from you guys and ladies what I miss here.
Thanks and serious answers needed!
Even the oil will be $40-60 in the next 1-2 Qtr, this company will lost money. WLL can't afford to pay banks the interest. I wonder how WLL dare to borrow so much debt. Scary!
I can't agree more. JPM used to buy a bank by offering $2 on a weekend when the stock was $40 on Friday. I really can't calculate the value of even a $4B deal. Q1 earning will be very negative with the oil price of $40+ on average.
Nobody wants the huge debt at this moment. They may wait for WLL bankrupt and then bid the asset. Shareholders have nothing left.
It increased the debt significantly. Interest rate can kill WLL. I don't see any idiots want to buy WLL with high risk.
Frankly, I doubt anyone would give a $40 to buy this company with so much debt. Remember, once the interest goes up, the huge $6 B debt can kill this company.
