The senseless talk, with reguards to "short" tracking, has ZERO merit.
For anybody interested, as of last night (short intest released twice a month) IMUC is a hair over 1/10 of 1 percent. In other words nill.
(IMUC % of float 08/15/15) = 0.12
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I could see some funds getting out of low dollar stocks, they don't want to show their investors losing values. On the flip side I bet there are funds that are looking at this as a buying opportunity and looking for a 2-3-4 bagger going forward. And of course, they will look like a genus! Something else I find of interest, even with Cumulus's current debt level I could see a Media company coming in a taking them out on the cheap. Let's say 5 bucks, as a nice round number. With 2B in debt and a 1B market cap, I see $5 as a steal, especially since Cumulus has hit rock bottom. I would think Crestview has something in their back pocket. They are a major holder and accumulated another 1.8M shares last month.
The point I was making was his last filing was a buy and not a sell. And if you dig deeper you will see his sells are "indirect" and being sold by his wife...ex-wife maybe, not sure. Anyhow they were a dop in the bucket.
Roth knows ICT-107 is a winner. Surprised they only have $3 target. Phase3 was designed from the Phase 2 results where the Overall Survival was the key endpoint. Not sure why the selloff but expect IMUC to get respect soon.
Learn and play the game.
That's the only explanition I can come up with. I'm guessing MM'er manipulation at work here. The pop will be massive, when it happens. Some time this month over 1.75! After that...who knows.
Looks like manipulation on low volume. Been like this for a few weeks now. When the insiders buy so do I. Institutions own 90++% of the shares. Short shares are minimal. I think the MMers' are scooping up shares on the cheap.
