Has any action been taken against one Timothy Sykes, whose questionable short selling practices are hurting the economy, and our pocketbooks! I looked some, but all I could find is scam and fraud on some of the sites!

With P-Stocks, actions will always be misinterpreted as either SCAMS or LIES! TOXIC POSTERS very often have a "Bone-to-Pick" with some stock or another, so they post out of hatred, not caring who they hurt!! Sometimes drastic actions have to be taken to survive in the tough corporate world! While I DO NOT condone underhanded Company tactics, I also condemn those that try to ruin a company's name by calling them a "Scams," "Liars," or "Corrupt" just because there are instances of it happening in Capitalistic, "Money first" segment of America! There are legitimate Companies who actively try to bring down the debt, provide a good product, and try to be trustworthy despite the many tasks at hand, and the few TOXIC posters, who have had such bad luck identifying and trading P-Stock companies, that they post out-of-hatred, and carelessly ruin the chances of honest investors, who might take them too seriously!! When someone is too one sided, and it is usually toward the negative, take them with a grain of salt, because any negative facts, and feelings they may have, are often way out of proportion to reality! P-Stocks are riddled with problems, many coming at the same time, that Company officials just don't know what to do! It is easy to criticize, but hard to predict on the long term! Yes, we must watch our holdings, but not go haywire when problems seem to dominate! Good management always tries to alleviate those problems, so look and see where even small progress has been made! Through that one should determine whether "having Faith" is justified, or "Abandonment" is appropriate! GLTA...T

Pal, I don't go along with you one bit! Yesterday is over with, and today is a bit sunnier, with fewer clouds passing overhead! The stock is crashing for a number of reasons, one being that the "Toxic" posters have kept many potential "Investors" on the sidelines, even out of the stadium entirely! Give a little hell to those posters, who expected too much at the beginning, and who were probably transformed "pumpers" during the early stage!

Toxic posters may be self-serving in one respect, but hurt Gers in the process! As future investors view posts to fulfill their investment decisions, they view all the negatives, and shy away from investing with Gers!! As shares prices fall, that poster feels satisfied that his so-called commentaries have been correct, giving him satisfaction, and possibly wishes to capitalize on lower prices to buy-back-in as well! I for one, do NOT listen to their list of so-called facts, at least as much as I avoid the paid pumpers and stock enthusiasts who try to help the cause by over stating so-called superlatives! Go Gers..Avoid TOXIC stock posters, they are usually driven by immature unhappiness concerning their wish to see stocks rise to the unrealistic expectations they set for themselves! If they were so smart, why did they invest in the penny stock arena in the first place?
