I decided to do a web search to see how many insiders are buying and how many shares were purchased. All I could find, (over the last two years), was one purchase of one thousand shares by one of the board of directors. If anyone has more info on this please post.

  • Someone posted that this was important. I agree. The direction is obvious. They are missing their numbers every quarter. I for one am not sure the dividend will support the current share price. Hope I am wrong. Anyone have thoughts on them missing again? TIA for any responses.

    Chicken Littles of the world

Sorry, but it's not drama. They said the numbers would be out at 8:30 a.m. I cannot find a thing other than the PR. So I agree with others. Some people have the numbers and others do not? I can only assume a typo on the date or time. I hate to and do not want to make accusations. Just MHO.

  • Could not get thru. Others say they have had to leave a message. Just wondering if there could have been a problem with the electronic filings. It does happen every now and then.

At the risk of getting skewered, I am going with a "thumbs up" on this post. Is there anyone out there that read it that can come back and "disprove" what was in the article? Attack RDK if you want, but that does nothing to negate what the S.A. author has proven, imo. Anyone? TIA for any detailed responses.

    TootToot PPS gets the boot

I am sure there are some short term players here and they are taking profits. As for me, if the share price drops to the low eights I have enough money for 1K shares. I will then hold for a move to the ten dollar area and collect my divvy. Whether or not I hold after that will depend on what management has to say in their quarterly CC. Just my two cents worth.

It could surge. It all depends on what the news will be. "IF" the SEC flap is worse than most think PPS could go back to sub penny. I'm not predicting. Just trying to keep things real.

    $7 BId showing???

I saw $6.50 for a few seconds. Then it jumped to the $7s and opened at $8.50 bid. I VERY much doubt we see a trade below $8. It looks to me like that low trade of $8.30 a few days ago will hold. Just my two cents worth.

When the market gives us a gift

Charts are NOT worthless for AIRI. I have relied on a friend's work with AIRI for over two years. He had me using below market bids because of the charting he does. Also had me mostly in cash before the recent panic selling. It's the reason I was able to add huge numbers to my AIRI position. Other than that I agree with you. The last few weeks people have been giving away some very good stocks. AIRI for one.

    Chart reset getting close

I checked with a friend right after you posted. Just heard back that what you say it right. When MACD and %R turn positive it indicates a major turn or as you say "reset". Since we are closing in on the next dividend payout we could see a lot of income players coming in. Just my two cents worth.

  • I would just like to say that anyone who thinks the market conditions at this time do not affect AIRI is being naïve. Some of the best companies in the U.S. have been hit hard. The PPS of AIRI looks like it could take another hit to the down side if these market conditions continue to deteriorate. I'm not saying they will, but for sure it is possible. I have some bids in around the mid $7s. I see no reason to rush out and just buy shares of AIRI, or any other stock for that matter. At some point we will get an "all clear". Hopefully there is not too much suffering in between a PPS recovery and now. Just my two cents worth. twc.

  • What would happen and how would you feel "IF" mgmt. canceled the dividend and said the money would be better used for expansion and paying off debt?? Anyone think that could happen? Thanks for any comments.
