Buying KOG was the stupidest move in oil patch history.
the KOG board. Well Symon and you other idiots, drink up.
backed out after oil turned south and they were too stupid to do so. But management manages to get rich as shareholders go broke. If oil stays below $60 stick a fork in WLL, it is toast.
And long term holders of WLL and KOG have lost between 50-75% of their value. I know, I know, it is all good.
Thanks. Now I recall the symbol. Oil is in big trouble. I don't come here often but I wonder how bankrupt Welbie and Symon must be. Bought on ALL the dips below $15 in KOG. Always figured they were paid pumpers, especially Welbie. If not they are on food stamps.
Chad, how did your short in that Texas bank go. I forgot the name and never did short it. Might take some time but I would think that will be a good trade.
now if not for the sale.
Actually the guys name that recommended it is Nathan Slaughter I believe. I certainly know that I have been slaughtered by his recommendation.
BRLI. I thought it would lose a buck or a buck fifty today, but it has held in there marvelously. If the market turns around it might even close positive.
Actually the smart money knew he was going to buy some tihng big. The know nothings shorted.
I am not only not worried, but I added to my holding about 5 minutes ago.
since it was in the $9's. They still have a buy on it. Either they don't have a clue what they are recommending for this will bounce back. I guess right now my guess is that they are clueless. I know I am not going to renew my subscription.
What a joke this company is, suckered into buying debt ridden KOG and down the tubes it went.
debt ridden dog could trade down to it's past low of $24. Problem is, oil is going nowhere for a decade or more, and WLL might not last that long with oil at $50.
I heard the same rumor, only I heard $25-$29. Mine must be correct looking at the stock price action today.
