He is a frigging idiot. I subscribed to his POS newsletter for about two years. Huge waste of money. The guy is a tool for others IMO, and certainly not a tool for you. You are correct, his advice was about as wrong as advice could be.
Your math is very faulty kogbear. A split gives them NO more buying power. But a split would be nice to see after I get my WLL shares if the deal goes through as is with no other offers changing things.
Buying WLL is a bad move IMO. Buy KOG, because there might be a higher offer for KOG and it will jump. If that happens WLL will probably go down. Can't think of one reason to be buying WLL right now.
You might buy SD if you have money laying around. Cooperman is big on them and a buyout there looks more likely all the time. Albeit, who knows what premium might be paid after this deal.
I think it means people are looking for a higher offer. Only time will tell. Just know the end result will be Peterson is gone and that will be very good for shareholders.
know that Peterson's endless mismanagement will be gone with this takeover and we will have a CEO who knows how to meet projections and is shareholder friendly as the boss.
other way. Been at work unable to check the price until now on my break. Whew!!!!!!!
Sorry to disappoint you Welbie, but I am extremely long this stock, and very worried about what comes next. Unlike you, who always buy at the bottom and sell high, I don't lie about my investments or my feelings. You are slim from what I have seen over the time I have watched this board. In fact, I am a fool for even responding to you.
Symon--only have one favor to ask. Please give us the name of the drug you are on. I need some too for reality is a real problem for many folks and I see you have found the cure.
Help me out. Words are cheap. Just because the CEO says that does not mean it will be true. But they must be issueing new shares for the buyout, that dilutes WLL's shareholders. I doubt if the tooth fairy is going to give her shares for the buyout, they have to be issued and that is dilution.
This spells MAJOR dilution to WLL. The big question is how much will this deal drive down WLL's share price. That is the scary thing.
What do you think this major dilution will do to WLL's share price? Thanks.
happen with the dilution. That would equate to a $1.77 drop for KOG at the open. I truly can't believe this is happening.
You guys can give me all the thumbs down you want to, but I am correct. This will destroy WLL's earnings with the extra debt and extra shares. Are you guys brain dead.
Laugh you idiot. Aren't you the guy saying a buyout would be north of $20 a share? Yep, that was you.
destroy KOG's share price. This can't be good for anybody but Peterson.
They really need to be in jail, not in court. Jail for life with no possibility of parole. That's my sentence.
This can't be possible. I have pinched myself and I am not dreaming. I don't think I have ever seen this happen other than with companies on the verge of bankruptcy or companies with faulty accounting. I am speechless.
