SPLS/ODP merger judge seems to have changed horses suddenly. It looks like he is leaning toward taking the FTC's position and will block the merger. Even though he accused the FTC of fraudulent testimony 2 weeks ago. So who is putting pressure on this judge? Sounds like collusion city.
Is that really what the judge said in the merger case? Haven't they been trying to work it out for 14 months. And does this give the FTC to squeeze more out of both ODP and SPLS? If this is all true, the judge just went through 2 weeks of testimony just to waste their time. I guess DOJ and FTC are just as corrupt as every other agency.
