Shock: I am still around. No "slithering" away, Just not much to talk about. You sure seem to spend a lot of time wondering/worrying about me. You keep bringing me up on the board. You were more than happy to use info that I got, and post it on the board as your own, even though I never posted it. I even had to ask you several times to stop posting what I told you. Turns out that info was wrong, exactly why I did not post most of the info that I was told. That is what made you look so bad on the board, and you still hold a grudge. If you had just kept the info off the board, as you said you would, it would never have been an issue. Not looking to have any discussion with you. Just stop bringing me up on the board.

The accelerated payments come off the end of the loan term. Shortens the loan, but does not push out any payments. There is no way to stop this deal. If they get the votes, then it passes. If not, then they will just keep having votes (monthly or quarterly) until it either passes or the financing is paid off. I am not convinced that the lack of a "quorum" was not by design. What would be worse, Lack of a quorum, or the shareholders turning down the deal? Someone (Tomz or Hawthorne, and the BOD) got taken to the cleaners by financiers much smarter than them that preyed on their desperation. IMO.
