Lawsuit - continuation of Ichan games

I left out the SEC - can LGF shareholders form a class action lawsuit to sue them for damages to the stock and shareholder value. It seems they really pursued a case at the bidding of a billionaire that has a beef with LGF. At least LGF will have the makings of a very fascinating documentary as to how things work in the world of finance and takovers and SEC pursing the likes of Martha Stewart and leaving the real criminals alone.

  • So if the lawsuit is based upon the loss caused by actions of Ichan and LGF's handling of defense from Ichan, resulting in a loss to shareholders (seems the attorneys are advocating for the loss to shareholder's). By that logic, we can sue Ichan for his attempts to lower the price of LGF by convincing everyone management was incompetent and the lawyers that are pursuing this lawsuit due to their damage to the shareholders in the event they are awarded damages that will detract from shareholder value.

  • Got someone's attention. Just wish I had more than 1 week for the correction, but still hopeful.

  • I am getting nervous at the last minute- I have little faith in the market to treat a good company and earnings report well- Just looking for clarification / confirmation that both Herc/ Frankenstein where not LGF or Summits budgets, but just distribution deals.

    GOMO is on fire sales

Fear in the air. Fear of Chinese tech taking a beating plus Alibaba and Tencent, Baidu taking over China. I don;t like the arguments against the company. Headlines - all about estimates and same sheet. Fact is they are making money and improving advertising revenue and daily users - 400 M is a lot. What would be nice is that one of the big boys mentioned above decide to use Gomo to make the faster leap- for their company and shareholders.

Huge sell off, doomsday, etc. Anyone suggest Alibabba or another big player may want to scoop this company up even more with the cell phone expansion. I may reverse my thesis that message boards are full of idiotic ramblings, cause that seems to be what the 'experts' are in charge of these days.

My guess is that with the smart TV and set top box deal with Huawei and all major TV makers in China. This was the headline-Youku Tudou Partners With China's Leading Smart TV and OTT Manufacturers

This is the future of Yoku, everyone if so focused on the phones that people forgot that watching content in the comfort of your home is where it's at. The numbers for the TV's will be higher than the story suggests, due to conversion / upgrades.
