  • Man all these #$%$ if anything bad happen its Obamas fault but no one give him credit for where he started and where we are now.question is are u prosperous now than 8 years if answer is yes then u know why?

  • Only problem is we don't have VLP patent exclusivity and it is only limited to Virology. So if this management was working on modifying terms but I have never seen confirmation.I hold lots of shares of this company and I do see 25 is coming in year time.

We dont have enough support of institutional investor. What we need is road show of our technology to them .We also need good investment banker on our side.Trade in this company is totally skewed to one side and that is short. If we get decent buying lets say just another 15-20 % from where we are then we got competition otherwise just on the merits we will not fly.Management needs to better job in showcasing this company to investment community.I have seen wost pharma stock but lot better valuation than this..
well buying at this level is gift.

Can someone put light on this study was about dose .They had different groups do we know non res-ponders are from low dose or majority of them from which group? on flip side I believe they said highest dose was more effective. So why in the world everyone is focusing on non-responder?

I don’t think company has any bone against buyout .Now it is even lot better for future suitor they don’t have to fund any activities because 300 Million plus in bank. I think this is just made little easier .Wait for phase ii trial if we have good results then we can see 50% premium buy out from that price. Institution will love 50% gain overnight and fact is they will bring BP on the table .

  • My past observation investing CNS related companies and particularly if you have drug in works for depression all these establish players (SSRI) come out force and abuse company share price .
I have seen time after time Street (AF),Zack and some more play big role in manipulation ….
I am impressed with this company and their science.I bought in 8000 shares now and will load more. This company has @ 90 Million shares and drug pipeline is very exiciting and has real future from current data available.Hold on to your shares and buy on deeps .We are going to see double digit once we get good ph-II results. My take on current results is very encouraging and will pass through FDA .Big money is in other indication and that is why i am here.My target price for this company in two years @ 18 $.Good luck in investing for long and short.

bballgm ,We don’t have to do any new trials unless there is protocol changes for particular drug. All our data is good once we get approval here in USA. Most challenging part to launch in EU is every country has their different health system and how they reimburse to service provider. I am very sure we will need Partner to commercialize if we go on our own it would be very long time and money consuming process. Thanks for your posts it is always pleasure to read.

    Here is details from 10K

    Supply Revenue
We recognize supply revenue from the sales of STENDRA or SPEDRA when the four basic revenue recognition criteria described above are met. We produce STENDRA or SPEDRA through a contract manufacturing partner and then sell it through our commercialization partners. As the primary responsible party in the commercial supply arrangements, we bear significant risk in the fulfillment of the obligations, including risks associated with manufacturing, regulatory compliance and quality assurance, as well as inventory, financial, and credit loss. As such, we recognize supply revenue on a gross basis as principal party in the arrangements. Our commercialization partners for STENDRA or SPEDRA sell the product through their distribution channels to patients. Under our product supply agreements, as long as product meets specified product dating criteria at the time of shipment to the partner, our commercialization partners do not have a right of return or credit for expired product. As such, we are able to recognize revenue for products that meet this criteria at the time of shipment. However, for certain initial product supply orders under our agreements, we supplied products which did not meet the commercialization partners' criteria. Given STENDRA or SPEDRA's long 48-month shelf life and lack of selling history, we have not been able to reliably estimate expected returns of product at the time of shipment for these initial orders. Therefore, for these orders, revenue was initially deferred and we recognize revenue when units are dispensed to patients through prescriptions, at which point the product is not subject to return. We obtain the prescription shipment data from our commercialization partners to determine the amount of revenue to recognize. We had $1.5 million in deferred revenue related to STENDRA or SPEDRA product supply as of December 31, 2014.

I think In milestone payments we will get close to 300 Million $ .Plus anything from south America and Asian partner at least 15-25 Millions $ .One thing for caution here is in Europe it takes time to penetrate market due to how their health services run in different countries .I have added today @5000 shares if it goes down I will add more.PPS will rise from here this is absolutely bargain price in overprice market.

This stock is behaving like what I had seen in AVNR before they got bought out. I am just speculating there is something going on here just other than ebola or its funding.I think they might be talking to getting commercial partner in near future .Which will bring some $ and will reduce intencity of dilution.I think we will still need some money sometime next year to fund our RSV .
