kinda looks like all your prospective victims have had their BS vaccinations!
looking for the bigger fool to buy your shares? Look in the mirror.
yep, $1 pps, right after you get the 16.5% increase in gas mileage by putting the magic beans in your tank, you will get $1 per share for the stock
"During six months ended December 31, 2014, the Company lent $30,000 to one of employees."
How does a company with no cash lend $30,000 to an employee?
Which employee and why?
does the sentence structure and word usage seem familiar?
I guess it's a better buy at .64 than it was at $95.00, but I'm not certain. 100% of your money is still 100% of your money.
After over a decade, wouldn't you expect someone at the helm to figure out how to achieve profitability?
looks like the big money has already run- as far from this crappe as possible.
all that's left are a few dreamers and one lonely, impotent pumper who amounts to nothing. Yes, that would be you.
"We expect that litigation may arise in future periods, the materiality of which cannot be predicted."
Would he like our predictions regarding the materiality? I think we can all guess what one of them will be.
Shouldn't they have at least gotten the trademark registered? Seems it belongs to somebody else!
Where can a person buy one?
I see 3 testimonials on the ihelp website, but no way to buy one.
You don't suppose.....naw, not again!
Just check the testimonials. "Michelle" reports that the iHelp saved her father's life last year. That would be before it was even announced or marketed. How did he have one? How great is that?
you might want to check with ronnie and joe about how that scam collapsed.
they never got MY money. not a penny.
$1 pps by year end per ceo??
is that the same ceo who told us our cars would get 16.5% better gas mileage if we bought his magic motorbooster pills and put one in the tank?
heck yeah! cappy has been a bargain since $95.00, and probably always will be for those who take a forlorn long position.
better yet, it continues to be a bigger bargain with each passing quarterly disappointment.
"Profits are just around the corner."
yeah, from $1600 per share split-adjusted to 10 cents, it has held strong!
I do agree that "investors" are close to knowing its true value, but they might be off by as much as 14 cents.
not sure, but think he was instrumental in stopping your buddy joe. It was either he, or someone else with a conscience and convictions.
And speaking of convictions:
"Can't stop what's coming" sure sounds familiar from you.
I suspect "What's coming" will be 5-10yrs with civil penalties that will be most painful.
looks more like nobody cares or believes what you say. "Not down at all"?? The only way that is possible is if you either don't own a single share, or you are one of those selling shares that cost you nothing, such as "Shares as payment for consultant services."
Which is it?
So good to see nobody is buying your B.S. any more. :-)
oh sure. There is so much to gain by shorting a 10 cent stock. Let's see, brokerage would require equity tied up of probably $5.50 per share shorted, assuming a worst case cover price of $1.50 and a 4Xequity coverage.
Yep, I am going to tie up $5.50 in equity indefinitely(if they go bk, the short seller would have to wait for court's final disposition to be released from equity requirement, right?) that could be used productively so I can make 10 cents on this thing.
Page 1 of my book is complete. Will just have to footnote the entry, as I don't see where nvr went to $100 before dropping to 62 cents, but still, it was miraculous!
anyone else want to help here?
good luck. I could write a book about stocks that went from $100 to 62 cents, and then survived and moved higher.
but who would buy a book with no pages? maybe a cappy long would?
