You might look at CEFL. Its a compilation of different funds, then leverages them. Its not for everyone. Pays monthly, there's always a low, low, then high monthly payoff because most REITs pay quarterly. I studied its portfolio and came to like IGD which also pays monthly. It goes ex .076 on the 1st of every month and a week or two after that is usually a good time to buy, but this month it hasn't dipped yet like it usually does. I'm going to bail out of my ARR preferreds but need another source of income and this is steady, but a person doesn't want to buy in too high.
