taking advantage of people's illnesses to enrich themselves with stock offerings and research that they probably know will end in a dead end. Hire some good pr with the equity offerings, get on Yahoo,SA,TV,then fade away when trials are dead ends. Every bull market cycle this happens. Maybe 1 in 25 actually end up having something. You fools seem to love those odds.
I told you people to short in hi 13. I bet most of you added when you saw it bouncing. These micro-RNA companies are complete nonsense. Again, they have all used the bull market to enrich themselves. Just go look at the stock grants/options/buys and sells. This company doesn't have one single drug on the market that I can tell. All it has are promises of deals with bigger pharma that it can twist into something with good pr, when the chances are slim.
Lots of bag-holders and prob some IR people from Regulus in here too. What a sham. I love the way they have links to SEC filings on their Website, EXCEPT for the all the sells the insiders have been doing. For those, you have to go directly to the SEC site. Don't worry, pumpers and baggies, you may get one more feeble bounce before single digits. That may have been today, actually. I am still hoping for high 13s to re-short.
This is just one of several of these companies that have taken advantage of the bull market to enrich themselves. Executives have been selling for months. Hire expensive pr, get articles on Yahoo and CNBC, do big equity pushes, then sell to all the trolls and bag-holders. Rinse repeat. Shorting the next bounce for sure, if there even is another one. How can people be so gullible. they are years away from even having a product on the market in the face of many other larger, better companies that utilize Micro-RNA.
