"Another stock that's starting to trend within range of triggering a big breakout trade is Authentidate (ADAT - Get Report), which provides Web-based software applications and telehealth products and services in the U.S. This stock has been annihilated by the sellers over the last six months, with shares falling dramatically lower by 76.6%.
If you take a glance at the chart for Authentidate, you'll see that this stock has been making bullish moves to the upside over the last two trading sessions with strong upside volume flows. These prior two upside volume days are the largest overall volume days for shares of Authentidate in over the last six months. This reason spike to the upside for this stock has now started to quickly push shares of Authentidate within range of triggering a major breakout trade above some key near-term overhead resistance levels."
25- 30 cents conversion. Any respectable new customer/s and the stock should be $1. Seems like a give away assuming the new CEO brings on customers like he said he would in the coming weeks/months.
...So then why this new CEO come on board? Seems like a smart guy that could make a lot of money elsewhere. Why kill his rep?
Exactly! They'll stretch those shares out for years paying nice salaries and bonuses while talking about potential. Not one lousy share out of my cold dead hands!
...But the deal looks good
"an aggregate of 2,381,001 Units consisting of Common Stock and 1,650,020 Units consisting of 165,002 shares of Preferred Stock, which are convertible into 1,650,020 shares of Common Stock, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $3 million."
Hopefully it never goes under .75 again.
", if the Company sells its Common Stock at less than $0.75 per share, then immediately afterwards, the Company shall issue to each Investor, without the payment of additional consideration, additional unregistered shares of Common Stock so that such Investor’s percentage ownership in the Company remains the same."
None of this has anything to do with my original post. So I ask again; WHO WILL BUY THEIR TURBINES IF THEY SEE CAPSTONE STOCK IN THE GARBAGE?
Why would anyone buy turbines thinking Capstone might go out? Somebody better step up real soon or this is going off the cliff.
