MICEX is the place to be ...
There is very little doubt in my mind ... you are 7 years old
Pippa ... why are you not making fun of my puts on MTL? .. eh eh eh ...
Pippa .... don't cry
1 good news ... 10000 bad news ... ... so .. if you were a creditor .. what would you do? ... still let Transier run the company ... or ... cause the Company to go BK .. and then ... appoint the manager you want?
No brainer ... BK
1. Production rates had ramped back up to over 100 million standard cubic feet of gas per day ("MMscf/d")
2. Price for NatGas in the U.K. is £0.52 per Therm.
1,000 cubic feet = 1 Mcf = 10.25 Therm
100 million cubic feet / day = 100,000 Mcf / day= 1,022,500 Therm / day
3. Assuming 90d / quarter
Rochelle Production per quarter 92.025 million Therm
4. £1 = $1.6227
USD price per Therm is therefore = £0.52 x $/£1.6227 = $0.84
5. Total Revenue / Sales from Rochelle ... per quarter ... if operating at 100 million cubic feet / day
$0.84/therm x 92.025 million therm per Quarter = 77.301m per Quarter
Unfortunately There are 2 major problems with this company:
1. Never seen a CEO more Incompetent than Transier
2. Never seen a more unlucky company
END can survive only if Creditors guarantee a 6 months Vacation on Interests payments. However, I am not sure one rational person would trust Transier again. This is why a Default and subsequent sale of assets to the highest bidder is probably the most logic outcome. Had Transier not been END's CEO and Ch... .. END would be fine.
(questinvest ... not included in pumper-list).
the only positive piece of news is that Rochelle was producing at over 100 mmscf/d.
This means that Gas production from Tleford and Scott might be already over.
This is the only positive piece of info in today's PR. but ... as usual ... mScarol02 .. .failed to identify it! ...
ah ah ah
Yeild on Secured Bonds is 20% or higher now. If Markets partecipantes were expecting Negotiations to be usccessfull ... bonds prices would not continue to drop.
EOM ... BK soon
1.st ...it is not only another Company!!! ... you once again showed the entire board .. that you do not even know the basics about END. END is the party with the largets interest ... the remaining 56% is owned by various companies.
the other Companies ... do have liquidity to survive ... END does not! ..
Wrong Interpretation. This is what is going on:
People that are long END and want to get rid of their shares ... cause a spike during early trading ... to attract potential buyers and convince them it's time to buy otherwise they will lost the train.
Subsequently this longs utilize the spike they created and the buyers they have attracted ... in order to unload their holding! ... ... this at the expenses of dreamer / amateur investors that are afraid of losing the train.
ah ah ah ... This company is simply the best!
ah ah ah .. sure ... lol ...
learn how to read Financial statements .. then we can talk! ... missed lifting only caused a delay in revenue recognition ... not in cash payments..
If you really believe to be right ... you are a moron ... lol
"After interest payment 33.5M is made from cash-on hand and assuming 2 ALBA lifts in Q3, how much would they have on-hand after all operational expenses in Q3? "
This question is hilarious, because it shows us that he does not even know how END's business model works.
"assuming 2 ALBA lifts in Q3," ??? ... he clearly implies that lifts do have an effect on Cash Balances. HAHAHA
INVESTORNOVA: did you even listen to END's last Conference Call? .. I guess not. If you did not even do the most basic DD ... and you lack an understanding of how End's business model works ... how can you be on this board ... Pumping END?
Listen to the Q2 2014 Earnings Call:
Transier in the Q/A says: "It's
unfortunate that the accounting makes you actually deliver into a VLCC before you get to recognize the revenues. But as you can see, in our case, we produced the volumes into tanks at Alba and we get paid monthly." "Neal, the way I would suggest that you look at it is look at our physical volumes and that's
how we manage our business and then, frankly, that's how we get our cash flows is based upon physical volumes."
you see ... lifts do not affect Cahs! ...buy posing you question ... U JUST MADE A FOOL OF YOURSELF! .. ah ah ah
AND then you criticize short sellers or all the people with a negative view on the company? ... Quit gambling!
