If you think Cerner is just an EMR player, then you shouldn't own this stock, or you should short the ever lovin' shyt out of it. Time to step into the new Millennium, pun definitely intended!
It took 15 years, from the time TDS was purchased by Eclipys, to the merger into AllShytz for this to finally tank. Paul Black just signed on to be the captain of the Titanic. But he'll walk away with millions when he sells this for pennies on the dollar. Stock holders just got coal in their stockings.
Former Vice President Joe "Malarkey" Biden to be named new CEO in January; will bring new high tech jobs to Dayton; will double property values overnight, will lower taxes...........because you'll buy anything to fend off denial.
How many healthcare systems deinstalled SR in 2012, and how many will in 2013?
Layoffs are only a precursor to shuttering the whole dump in Dayton, errr I mean headquarters.
It was a required purchase as a condition of his seat on the Board and it was financed by the company. Not exactly the big BUY sign you think it is.
I'm marking your words. How much are you putting down on this? So, what will be driving this big price swing? That $499 deal for EMR and PM at Costco is a an okay deal, but with the recent announcement that Costco is including a hot dog and coke, this shyt is selling like per rocks. I be the stock skyrockets thru $11.50 easy! LMAO......
MDRX physician practice systems are ranked behind Cerner, EPIC, Greenway, and others.
MDRX hospital based patient records system is ranked behind Cerner, EPIC, Siemens, MCK and Meditech and their market share is decreasing, not increasing.
Folks this is the Titanic of clinical software companies and all that can be done now is slow down the sinking process in hopes to cut the ship up into floatable sections. JMHO!!
This stock hasn't been above $16 and change for over a year! http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=MDAS&t=2y&l=on&z=l&q=l&c=
There is nothing going on in the company now that leads me to think it will change anytime soon. They missed their window to own the RCM world in healthcare. Too many other players are in that space now with better point products, not to mention outsourcing receivables is growing with each quarter.
Stick a fork in this one. You wont see $20 a share again.
You're a delusional pumper! You stalk this board and never post anything but cheerleader BS! Your stock is way underwater and you cant come to grips with that, or the fact that this company cant get out of its own way. Its best days are behind it!
That's the biggest load of BS ever. You must work for MDAS marketing. You've been trying to pump your 2009 $19 stock purchase for almost 3 years, so at $132 you are still down 32%. And when today's "exuberance" fades, which it will and reality sets in, you'll be back near $10. Of course you'll have bought and sold it and doubled your money again. Cause you're sooooo savvy.
Now you can go back to pounding your boy toy!
Still lovin' this stock? Even after another 25% drop since December? A fool and his money.....what were those pearls of wisdom spewing from your anal opening? I hope you didn't have your life savings of $52 all tied up in this POS.
U r sofaking stupid. Mildly entertaining, but stupid. Thanks to u and others for funding my kids college funds.
It was an easy call. I know Pead and he brought his group of minions to the board and was content to "utilize" the same accounting tools that were used in the past to help keep the focus off of slow revenue growth.
A group of chimps could run the company better throwing their feces against the wall, so going long was easy. I took the initial bump up and made a tidy profit. I will wait for this to fall to high $9s to low $10s before I take a substantial long position.
Best of luck to those that hung on. It's probably going to take 6 months or more to see $17. JMHO
U r the moron. U continue to ignore the financial facts. Free cash flow is being manipulated. If u were as smart as u think u r u would look at the numbers. Thank god u r not a doctor, othetwise ur prescription for every patient would b bloodletting.
