Violations cited in over 20 US Statutes and Regulations
Information released yesterday may increase the felony charges as Clinton directed top aide Jake Sullivan (in multiple emails) to circumvent US Government secure systems (e.g SIPRNET) to send her classified material directly to her unprotected email system. "If they can't," Clinton replies, "turn into a nonpaper w no identifying heading and send nonsecure." (quote unqoute)
Here are the felony charges against Clinton:
Obstruction of Justice (multiple counts)
Improper Handling and Storage of Classified Material (Espionage Act - hundreds of counts)
Improper Disclosure or Retention of Classified Information (one felony count, hundreds of lesser counts).
Destruction of government records (multiple counts)
Lying to federal agents (multiple counts).
Lying under oath.(multiple counts)
Records Laws US Code 44 (multiple counts --- charges can be brought as felonies, but in all likelihood they'll be brought as misdemeanors)
Indictments expected within the next 60-90 days involving Clinton, her aides, State Dept employees, Clinton Foundation employees and vendors
Much has been made of recent regarding Hillary's contention "she's not the SUBJECT of the ongoing FBI investigation" These are carefully crafted words on her part and another of her contemptuous, dismissive "wink-wink" acts, but the reality is (and she knows it) she is, in fact, the TARGET of the ongoing FBI criminal investigation.
Subjects are people whose behavior / conduct is being investigated and may or may not be charged with a crime depending on the evidence uncovered. Targets, on the other hand, are treated differently by the FBI in its targets/subjects/witnesses paradigm --- targets are considered hostile, spring loaded to plead the 5th (like many of Hillary's co-conspirators have done so already), RARELY, IF EVER INTERVIEWED, and most importantly virtually certain to be indicted for obvious crimes.
The Director of the FBI has already indicted a trainload of Democratic and Republican offenders. Those of you who think Hillary won't be indicted better think again. Those not so well informed or looking the other way based on political views need only look at the sheer volume of criminal evidence the FBI has uncovered (Quantico Labs have recovered 100% of her "deleted" material - over 1000 pieces of classified too) and the numbers of agents, technicians, and forensic experts involved (over 175) to realize the FBI is dead serious.
Fifteen (15) US Laws, Statutes and Regulations will be cited in the FBI's referral to the Department of Justice and you can rest assured both she and others will be indicted this Spring.
It's that bad
No, this is how stoopidty works:
So let's see: 10 sailors have their GPS jammed by Iran, loss navigational capability and end up in Iranian waters accidentally, get held at gunpoint, exploited on TV, made to issue public apologies and Obama and Kerry apologize?
Then, Obama and Kerry release 6 Iranian spies in exchange for the four prisoners?
He needs to stop making stooopid statements in public
I just upgraded a S&W Bodyguard for a friend --- new trigger and trigger bar, increased rate hammer spring (for light strike prevention), reduced power blocker spring and reduced power firing pin return spring.
More and more Americans are carrying concealed firearms -- should give these Muslim terrorists something to think about.
It's just a lot of hot air and everyone knows it
Embarrassing --- he should keep his mouth shut and not make such stoooopid claims
Look for a new set of Congressional inquiries and lots of air time.
BTW -- for those of you unaware, GPS is relatively easy to jam (can be accomplished with as little as a 5 watt hand held jammer (available from parts at Radio Shack)
I had an "off" year in 2015 --- only purchased seven (7) S&W products (favorites include the Viking Tactics 5.56s with the mid length system --- Retired Army Sgt Major Kyle Lamb and S&W did an outstanding job on these ----I highly recommend)
I'm a collector and will have to pick up the pace a little in 2016 --- "shooting" for 10 or so new S&W products --- best in class ergonomics, exceptional quality and I'm part of their "Nations Finest" program --- many of us LE and Military are long term customers of S&W's (they really treat us right).
I've put the Bulldog in the vault and prefer the 12 rounds the S&W product offers.
I'm on the range weekly and with these terrorists wearing body armor more and more I'm no longer practicing "torso" shots .
BTW - sources I spoke to in Wash DC said the evidence is "overwhelming" and the case "a slam dunk".
In a former life I use to support the FBI directly (terrific people, honorable, but many are underpaid for the great work to do for our country).....
.........you are absolutely correct about her involvement --- her fingerprints are all over the place on this one
She's horribly sloppy --- frankly has shown a pattern of irresponsibility unmatched in recent memory.
Man -- for someone who promotes large (useless) government, he doesn't even understand the basics how it works.
Actually, the 6'8" Republican who runs the FBI doesn't agree with you.
Obama needs to stop undermining our intelligence agencies in the US (his executive orders the past several years have severely impacted their operations). Rather than wasting time on gun control he ought to focus more on terrorist control -- his latest actions show a clear case of denial and frankly he's done a pitiful job dealing with the problem thus far. His unwillingness to even accurately identify the threat points to an individual who cant' come to gripes with reality --- he's largely blinded by his radical ideological bent and religious ties to Islam.
First charge relates to "theft of federal property", specifically the metadata that accompanied all emails. You can't (even in the performance of official duties) divert to your own venue the digital metadata that accompany all emails as Hillary Clinton did thousands of times.
Second charge is "compromise of Top Secret Information" -- a felony under the Espionage Act
Look for charges beginning in Feb-Mar 2016.
