I don't think it got above $462, but who cares about a dollar or two. I bought 200 shares at 2 pm yesterday @ $450 and put a $458 sell price for the day. I SHOULD HAVE CANCELLED THE SELL ORDER BEFORE 4 PM.
Apparently it takes TDameritrade 5 to 10 minutes to mark the order "EXPIRED" within their accounting systems. This cost me money as I tried to sell at $462.5 when it bounced right after numbers were announced and the order was REFUSED claiming I didn't have enough shares.
I finally got out at $253 after a lively "chat" with a TD Representative. I've been trading for years and never ran into this situation. Live and Learn!
At least I didn't buy at 462 (or $465!)
I guess you will be forced to keep eating at casual dining roach pits with your understanding of Companys and the stock market.
Ooh! please say hello to 'Mary and Joe. :)
How will your short position perform when CMG's food prices drop causing improved Margins?
( Food price is very cyclical.)
We should have played that one instead! Up $55 AH.
I don't have the nerves to play 2 at a time.... I should have known NFLX was topping out
block my sell at $462 because they didn't expire a sell order at 4PM
It takes 5 to 10 minutes for day order to expire...learned a hard lesson. Next time I'll close it at 3:58pm.
This will allow them to participate in the expanding Gas compression market at a broader level.
I notice Peter does not answer any questions regarding his latest article.
I ALWAYS find that suspicious!
I finally got sick of owning a dirt pile and took my loss.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Keebon, it's a small part, but I hold great hope for a nice shot of additional profit from the 50% ownership in the 20,000 bbl/d diesel refinery slated to open later this year in ND. Diesel Fuel is in high demand and the raw material couldn't be much closer. Should be great Margins.
Hopefully this slide will stop.
Some posters keep refering to it! How do you think was taking profit the last 2 days...many were HAPPY EMPLOYEES!
Great song, Reminds me of the profits some fanatics didn't take in the high 40's
Slip Sliding Away......Slip Sliding Away.....
