No, you and all your short friends did when you began to realize that no one is paying attention to your typical short meanderings ( bankruptcy coming, buyout, $5 predictions etc.,etc. Why don't you go away and short someone in real trouble instead of cluttering up this board with your asinine ramblings.

SHORT INTEREST INCREASED 47% SINCE THE LAST ANNOUNCEMENT! It is well-known that when oil prices dove previously, the recovery, when it occurred, was swift and fast. Most analysts believe that recovery will take place when the million barrel per day surplus in reserves is gone (many believe this summer). It could happen sooner if legislation was passed allowing the sale of ALL oil. At any rate when it does happen we should get quite a kick from all the shorts racing to cover.

GDP has announced a desire to sell some or all their nearby property in the Eagle Ford. Would not surprise me to see SN make a move there if the price is right.

This is a world wide one. The winners are those best able to anticipate the movements of the others. OPEC was originally establised to stabilize oil prices. This is a big change from that philosophy. Now it is being used by Saudi as a political weapon. This is a dangerous move as they suddenly gained many enemies. Aside from Saudi the other members of OPEC are probably not wild about this move and at their next meeting could very well choose to go rogue. Putin is an unpredictable enemy and may not put up with this long. Some well-placed bombs on Saudi fields would return soviet fields to profitability which they badly need. The pullback in Capex by almost all U.S. energy companies should have an interesting effect on next year's productivity. Following the Texas oil tanker explosion it is now known that at least some shale oil is explosive and testing is taking place now to determine which ones, beside Bakken, contain this characteristic. This could result in origination pricing in the U.S. Obama may have to quit shielding his R.R. friends and allow all oil to be exported. There are over 11 million shares short. Should any of this lead to higher prices a short-squeeze could develop (note the large number of down thumbs that appear after any post expressing optimism for SN). My personal opinion is to hang on and wait this out as almost any of these scenarios could lead to higher prices. Now watch for the down thumbs.

They should not be restricted and you are right: a $250 million buyback would do wonders for the price as the 11 million shorts would be squeezed and have to exit and all of us would have a great payback for hanging in there through these times. No one has better acreage in the EF than Sanchez and there are far better days ahead.

Can you imagine the panic of the 11 plus million shorts, were the BOD announce an authorization for setting aside 250 million to be used for a stock buyback? At current levels at least 30 million could be purchased with the effect of more than doubling the price. Seems like a good use for some of that cash.

    Sentiment: Hold

  • valueguyhp2002 by valueguyhp2002 Dec 11, 2014 10:16 AM Flag

The shorts are trying to dominate the message board. Pay no attention to them as they are simply trying to instill panic. This company is NOT a candidate for bankruptcy could easily buy back 1/2 their shares should they decide to do so.

    Sentiment: Hold

This oil price will not last forever and I have to wonder why SN doesn't take 250 million out of their 500 million and buy back 50% of their stock. At the volume it is trading daily this could happen in a week. Anyone have a better idea for cashing in on this pullback?

This study will be on FIVE individuals using different protocols. I am prepared to wait out the FULL study. The first one was to determine safety. Gel and stem cells will be introduced in the later studies. Be patient people.

    Must Read Where!!!

  • valueguyhp2002 valueguyhp2002 Dec 2, 2014 3:19 PM Flag

Please give sources for your allegations of corruption and/or collusion. Consider this: The stock did tank 3 days before the announced secondary. However this is perceived as a very risky stock and the underwriter may have requested that price to ensure a completed offering. I understand your rationale but hope it is wrong. If this is a fraud it would be a terrible hoax to perpetrate on the thousands of victims whose current hope for help lies with this company. Furthermore I do not believe they would step up the inclusion criteria and take the expense to equip 14 more centers if it were fraudulent. Or to hire someone of Ann Mayfield's impeccable credentials (read them) to reinforce their HQ staff if this was not an earnest effort. JMHO

    WHOOPS!

While the near-term is going to be a let-down for everyone who has become accustomed to $100+ oil prices, it could become a boon to those (such as SN) who are able to manage a profit even with $70-75 oil. The reason being that many smaller E&P companies with smaller IRR's may have to drastically curtail production, seek a merger or float a new offering to stay afloat. SN, on the other hand can simply maintain production, bank whatever excess cash occurs, and wait until the worldwide slowdown in production forces prices back up the ladder. Sanchez is in the enviable position of sitting in the best possible position to wait this out, and has even made what has turned out to be a brilliant purchase from Shell which continues to even outperform their expectations. Thus I find it hard to believe it has dropped the same percentage as all the many other aforementioned less advantaged firms. The OPEC meeting tomorrow may (for SN) become a non-event.

Have heard little discussion regarding the latest member of' NVIV's BOD. If you read Ann Meriweather's history you can't help but be amazed that a lady with her great qualifications could be persuaded to join this relatively small corporation. The only reason that makes sense to me is that she can envision the potential of this treatment which has eluded solutions for years. It has simply verified and reinforced my belief that this will, in time, become the standard treAtment for the thousands of unfortunate individuals who have suffered this trauma which numbers in the thousands each year. We should all feel honored she has joined us.

At these market values, probably, but it isn't going to happen. SN would certainly not be interested in any offers even close to this or even double this figure. From the latest webcast it seems we bought one of the choicest properties in the EF with amazing IRR's and opening many new drilling locations with extremely high paybacks. For some reason very few have realized this yet but when they do hold on to your hat.

I fully agree with the move and will know a little more after Thursday's webcast from spp. The potential for asset drop-downs will increase with time. Tune in Thursday if you can.
