Talking about tens of millions of potential dollars, probably in the form of a class action settlement, meaningless. The very people, that may win something, will be getting part of the $7billion dollar adjustments anyway?

If this Russia sanction situation, can just get alleviated, and we get a good report from the European Stress Test in Sept./Oct., we will be so close, to seeing some real momentum to this stock. As the bank has already said, a good stress result and the bank will pay off remaining debt to EU and we are then in perfect position for a dividend

They were gaining momentum, but market turned and took the wind from its sails.
We have to get this DOJ nonsense behind us, and for the market to turn more positive over a longer time trend and you will see a nice progression of price appreciation.
The Russian sanctions are worrying European recovery, which also does not help. If that dissipates and European shows recovery, then the US recovery can proceed with a small, albeit, important normalizing of the US treasury yield curve, really turbo charging bank results in the future.
Yah, I know, a lot of stuff! But rewards could justify anguish and time spent.

Once ING gets its first 25% proceeds of their European IPO, of its Insurance business, they will be within months of paying off the remaining monies owed to the EU. They will have met all Basil 3 levels, and they will initiate a dividend. The CEO has already stated this, and then the stock will easily push through its 52 week high towards the $16.00 range. Steadily raising its dividend over the next three years.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Everyone seems to like this investment, but every good word on it, does not seem to matter. Would like management to tell us what the heck is going on with everything. Financing, operations, permits? we just sit and see this thing sink, meanwhile they are sitting on incredible assets. Time to say something management!
