How can you trade an old game if it's downloaded

If Digital was ever suppose to completely wreck Physical, this would have happened a long time ago like decades ago. Yet it fails to do so because most people see the value of having something you can touch that no hacker can throw a virus onto your tablet and wreck your Stephen King Novel collection...Or steal your credit card info. Or your entire identity. Only with physical can you pay with cash.

Even Digital online store companies like amazon sell Physical copies of books. Why is that? I thought digital was suppose to destroy physical and yet consumers still spend millions and millions of dollars on physical media like Blu Ray disk movies.

If you want the advantage of trading a game in you buy physical version. Digital trade-ins are not available yet. There are 2 or 3 3rd party companies with their own proprietary patented technology to do digital game trade-ins, but the number of available games is very very small with limited support from publishers. Only time will tell if Microsoft or Sony decide to provide this capability, but even if they do they would be competing against physical game trade-ins which may offer more money/store credit than a future digital trade-in system could.

The biggest problem I see with digital trade-ins is that you compete against the entire world to obtain a copy of a preowned digital game at a discounted price. Even if say 200 copies exist at 3:00 PM Monday... If it is a super hot video game you'd have mere seconds to claim a copy before losing out. It may be that physical Gamestop stores remain super competitive despite digital trade-ins becoming a reality in the next few years.

Broadband Cable has gotten far more expensive as time passed. Same will happen with Fiber Optic cables due to the unknown costs....Unknown until it becomes available in many more areas. It is so new I doubt the fiber optics have been destroyed by a storm yet requiring replacement cables. Locality costs will show up in areas where Hurricanes can cause trouble. Providers will have to raise prices eventually but to get a lot of people to sign on to the new tech, they of course offer insane deals at first.

If Gamestop was a cookie as you said, it must be the best tasting most satisfying cookie any Master Chef could possibly bake utilizing top of the line cooking technology that has yet to be invented.

So where is this slow drift to $38 to $40 range you said was coming back in May 28th? Weeks later we are at $43.03 and much higher than that with the jump in after hours trading. I looked in a dictionary for the word CLOWN and BEEFSTU57 was written next to it as the definition.

After running away with his tail between his legs after the incredible Gamestop earnings report, our honorary Clown with his Clown Act is back telling us we are lucky to have the stock priced at $42 while the stock closes this same day at $43 and is up 47 cents a share in after hours trading.

Only a short term pullback due to a relatively uneventfuly month of May for Video Game releases. Therefore, due to unfavorable comparisons the shorts will get their way up until June's video game sales are reported a month from now. So this is the Summer slowdown where us Longs sit back and accumulate shares. Fallout 4 + Final Fantasy 15 + Legend if Zelda WIIU are going to make the stock explode to $60+ next year.

Stock is up 27+% year to date. Doesn't need to be a short squeeze for this to be an amazing long term investment with solid dividends to reinvest.

    Digital Game Trade-ins don't work.

I can stress this enough. The Collectibe Genre is soon going to explode in popularity with more companies making more games that allow you to introduce content into your game with a physical playing card, toy, plastic sword, whatever the skies the limit. The physical gaming world is expanding as we speak....You just need to get out more often and smell the fresh air for a change.

Human Beings aren't Mind Numbed Robots. They naturally want something they can touch and manipulate. Would you like to actually hit a homerun or digitally pretend to?

The fact is that the Physical World of Gaming HAS evolved. It will continue to evolve and compete effectively with Digital for Video Gamer's time and money. Are Vehicles going away????? Nope...People love to drive.

Hey if you want to compete against the entire planet to race to get a preowned digital copy....Well good luck with that. With Physical Preowned Games I have far fewer people entering the Gamestop to buy the Preowned game I wanted before I can.

That is going to be Digitals downfall...

There are now 3 companies making Collectible Genre Video Games. You have Skylanders from Activision Blizzard, Nintendo, and now the makers of Jurrasic Park Builder teaming up with Hasbro to introduce toy Dinosaurs into their Jurrasic World Mobile Video Game.

    Unaudited financials indefinitely

    by varchild2010 Jun 4, 2015 2:18 PM
    varchild2010 varchild2010 Jun 4, 2015 3:47 PM Flag

You aren't supposed to post up Audited financials one time only. In the Up List world all financials are audited financials. It is called transparency and transparency isn't about share price action as it is much more about being open and honest with the investment community. It would be one thing if yoir company has done audited financials in the past but for whatever reasons can't always do them every quarter... A whole thing entirely that you refuse to do them at all.

A real company has nothing to hide and when your company continues to keep basic information about your company a trade secret it doesn't look like you care at all about the investment community. Why Bebedia Beverage remains a public company is only because of OTC and pretty much anythibg goes on the OTC. Let's see how long you'd last if you up listed and held to a higher standard of transparency and ethics.

  • Never invest in any company that refuses to issue auditted financials. According Bebevco_ir they have audited financials but won't release them publicly. That is what I get from bebevco_ir's answers in the below thread. That seems to also mean they won't reveal who their auditing agency is. All of which is a requirement to ever be placed on a major index like NASDAQ.

Years ago I did buy some shares of this and sold them in 2 or 3 weeks after. BBDA isn't a serious beverage company. A serious company doesn't have anything to hide and this one seems to be hiding everything.

The dividend payments alone are worth the extremely low entry fee of less than $45 a share. Each share you buy nets you $1.44 back not counting future dividend increases. Reinvest those dividends to collect bigger dividends. Retire rich cause Video Games are sitting in a recession proof sector of the economy.
