I was certainly fooled by this mornings action. Will buy more here. Dollar cost average within a dollar if the lows will be OK. Remember they have approx $1 a share in cash, so you are paying $2.90 a share for tech and products. Great price as far as I am concerned.
LOL. As soon as I posted my price point, I noticed the traders, who trade in response to posts like mine, about to hit the bid, so I lowered my bid to $4.41. Every few pennies in my pocket :)
Bargain basement pricing almost gone.
Is that priced in?
I expected a dump at the close. I got just the opposite. Most times it works in my favor. Dollar cost average either way.

This is a solid deal for their customers. That's why they pulled the trigger now. Everyone will be happy very soon. IMO
The money was not required at this time for survival. The offering has a purpose. Expansion!
Yes, I already addressed that in another post. I believe the underwriters are aware of it, also. Though, they do not have specifics either. The company has to provide those details as a full disclosure statement.
the offering is closed.
LOL. I actually bought 500 shares yesterday @5.20. In the long run due to my dollar cost average, it will be OK.
Looks like the offering overhang will be absorbed by the end of day. Similar to an IPO with abundant demand.
They are adding now due to demand driven need to expand. Traders will trade the move, investors can be wise by dollar cost averaging in for the longer run. This is my #1 pick as an invesment for the next decade.
