not 20 for now.... because shorts have massive positions and now they are covering
so expect big volatility for next few days
but may $20 in close future (months may be?)
need patience here and not listen to this chat board...its rife with short thieves etc....
i have real time as well, and it at 11.26
i got back in at 11.20.....
its volatility form shorts positions collapsing.... i mentioned earlier there would be alot of volatility after merger announced= shorts have major losses now. And their losses will grow.....
Sentiment: Strong Buy
shorts covering in desperation....
Its time to get in cheap , i bought at 11.20, after selling higher...... but took a risk because this will swing to %17 in a flash..... on any good news ... and if LCC goes to $27 this will be 17-19
Last update: 12/11/2013 7:25:29 pm By Jack Nicas and Brent Kendall, AMR Corp. (AAMRQ) and US Airways Group Inc. (LCC) agreed to concessions at key airports across the U.S. to settle the Justice Department's antitrust suit, ending a months-long standoff and paving the way for a roughly $16 billion merger that will create the world's largest airline. US Airways and AMR, parent of American Airlines, agreed to divest slots at Reagan National Airport near Washington that will reduce their combined daily departure there by about 15%, and to give up slots at LaGuardia Airport in New York that will cut their service there by about 7%. They also agreed to give up two gates at each major airport in Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Boston and Miami. The airlines also agreed to retain virtually all of its hubs for at least three years and, for at least five years, maintain service to cities in six states that also joined the Justice Department's suit: Virginia, Michigan, Florida, Arizona, Philadelphia and Tennessee. The settlement must be approved by a judge. Despite the concessions, the airlines said the new American is still expected to generate more than $1 billion in total annual cost savings and revenue improvements, the same amount they estimated before the deal.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
go figure why,
do you trust someone that just releases internet rumors , of called "evidence that is really unverifiable in terms of the 800 person survey ?....
do these 800 so-called surveyed individuals that Carlson Bock examined also have no physical addresses and phone numbers as well?.......interesting.........
i suppose he is trying to avoid a subpena or being contacted by police?
all what you say has been built into the formula, you can read it in an excellent earlier post on the board.
I don't know why you cannot see this.
So the fomula estimate to the AAMRQ is very accurate.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
so why tell us, we are not really interested why you sold you 120 shares.
May be you should use that money to pay a psychologist to listen to your woes.
OBVIOUSLY YOU FEEL YOU HAVE MADE THE WRONG DECISION AND YOU WANT SOME ONE TO SAY... no. you didn't...?
MW cried fire in a crowed room, and nobody waited around to check if there was even smoke and ran for the door.... and now where are we... what real proof has MW show other than hysterical innuendo and saying "its a zero, its a zero.."
Has MW opened up and shown the 800 names of the interviewed so it can really be check out...i think they just copied a list from a phone directory.... and crossed referenced with a list of deceased people, so nobody would own up and say i didn't say that...
and by the way Piper Jeffery is notoriously a bearish analyst, i remmber they down graded GOOG when it was $200... and now GOOG is over $1000... their record is very poor indeed.
but after earnings there could be a sell off and shorts will make that worse.
I''ll wait and see on side lines for now
Now its proven that MW had a short potion here is Bloomber'gs report :
"Muddy Waters has short positions in NQ, Block said on Oct. 25. He gained fame for his short-selling calls after regulators halted trading in four of the first five companies he targeted starting in June 2010. A short sale is one in which stock is borrowed and sold, with the hope of profit by repurchasing the shares later at a lower price to be returned to the lender. ..."
I think shorts will bring down NQ to $ 2-5 over next few days before earnings, and then push it back up to $12-17 on/after earnings, they are playing this one.
i googled it and its all seems hear say and innuendo. It sounds like that he never practiced law when coming out law school. he' always been a short hedger from the loos of things.
"Now, a report on NetEase's financial website alleges that NQ Mobile issued a press release on Sept. 26 that falsely stated it had secured an extended agreement to supply preloaded mobile security software for devices made by Chinese smartphone specialist ZTE. What's more, NetEase reports that ZTE representatives have told it (roughly translated), "We have repeatedly asked [NQ to] delete this news."
so are you saying Net Ease is the source of this ZTE thing, and not ZTE itself?
Now NQ needs to comeback back blasting away with the facts, contract copy on PDF file on internet, and ZTE spokesman etc.... They need to do this urgently
