And trips to first class hotels in specially picked cities at really great times.

    Miami in the Winter
    San Francisco in the Spring
Now - London in the Summer.

All while the pps continues to plunge.

Oh, there's a little activity from MM to send the CEO on his trips, but that quickly dies down after a few days.

Hurry up, and jump on the gravy train. Management will thank you, Jiimy and Sandy will thank you.

Just about the time when any REAL environmental demands are implemented in China, a new wave of protests will emerge in Malaysia, with subsequent filings of cases with the courts to halt further processing of RE by Lynas. Watch and learn how powerful the Chinese lobby in Malaysia truly is.

It's truly sad to watch an investor who put all of the money in a losing effort begging for $change on the corner of a busy intersection with a crinkled up box top in order to buy their necessities of life, alcohol, cigarettes, and KY Jelly.

Lynas would have been a gold mine had proper planning been implemented in the setting up of the company in the beginning. The move to Malaysia to process when there was already environmental approval in Australia, with the subsequent stalling of issuing a permanent operations license, the requirement to put a $50 million deposit for potential cleanups, the approval process itself after the processing plant was completed of over a year, and the third party overseer, all could have been totally erased with the processing in Australia. And, instead of shipping the raw material to Malaysia for processing and having to pay the shipper, Lynas could have processed the ore and trucked it to the coast and the companies buying it could navigate the exports and paperwork of it rather than the other way around. In short, Nick Curtis has severely wounded this company and caused it to be on life support because he has no experience or education in this field.

"Why did Mutual of Omaha loan SSN money?"

Tax write off. If the company succeeds, Mutual of Omaha makes money, if the company fails, it's a tax write off loss.

Mutual of Omaha plays the market with investor and insured money.

How do you play the market?

Can you afford to buy millions of dollars of shares to loan TB and management the money to keep paying themselves enormous salaries then lose it all when they go belly up?

  • a Sandy MAXSHILL and Jiimy RATEisCRAP barrel of oil?

A Sandy MAXSHILL and Jiimy RATEisCRAP barrel of oil is 1/5 the size of a real barrel of oil and comes from the oil changes of local oil change stores.

A Sandy MAXSHILL and Jiimy RATEisCRAP barrel of oil is filled with impurities such as metal shavings from the engine, gum, varnish, carbon by-products, some water, various oil energizers such as Marvel's Mystery Oil, STP, sand, and water, etc..

A Sandy MAXSHILL and Jiimy RATEisCRAP barrel of oil is worth about as much as a soda pop from the Five & Dime Store on the corner because it only contains 6 gallons or less of actual reprocessed oil.

LOL - Still Erasing Messages !!

  • a TB Barrel of Oil?

A TB Barrel of Oil is extrapolated out over a 3 hour period rather than a complete 24 hour period as most barrels would be measured. This cuts the volume in the drum to 1/9 of a barrel (24 divided by 3). So, with a 600 per week barrel of oil harvest, the amount of actual oil to market using the extrapolated formula above would yield approximately 60 actual barrels of oil per week. Easily hauled by 6 Ford Trucks.

But, of course one has to apply the actual percentage of oil which Samson receives from this 60 actual barrels of oil which is approximately 20%. 20% of the 60 barrels of oil harvest equals 12 barrels, which can easily be hauled to the refinery by 3 Ford F-150 Pickup trucks.

It seems Australia only has enough police to investigate insider trading, not other kinds of corruption. I wonder if the Court in Australia hearing the case against his son Oliver on Insider Trading charges will be able to put their eyes on the father and son co-management of Riverstone Advisory? Probably not, what prosecuting attorney would look under that rock?

"The problems for most of the REE companies is that the REO price drop was much greater than anybody could foresee. "

The problem for Lynas and their shareholders is that Lynas had a CEO that lacked any mining, milling, management, business, or contract law experience whatsoever.
