cash, is what was provided on the opening slide for the San Francisco Oil Conference.
Here are the (((EASY))) Directions of how to look for yourselves.
At the Finance section of Yahoo, simply type in SSN AX in the search box under "Yahoo Finance" at the upper left of the Web page and press "Enter". (This takes you to the Australian Exchange for SSN.)
This will bring you to the SSN AX listing on Yahoo.
Scroll Down a bit to about the middle of the page where you'll see "Headlines", and choose the very first choice, "Enercom Presentation San Francisco February 2015" and click it.
When the page loads, you will be presented with the "Samson Oil & Gas Limited Presentation for 2015" event.
Next to the book graphic on that page look for "Read this noodl", and click on it.
Read the 2nd page from the top of the presentation:
Cash (6) US$3.9 million
Debt (7) US$17.5 million
Production (December, 2014) 675 BOEPD
When one invests, especially in a small oiler, one should visit the oiler's Web site to see what information they have available for potential investors to view.
Simple Directions for You Dollars
Get a computer, a tablet, or a Web connected phone.
Log into the finance section of Yahoo and do a search for this company "SSN"
When the page loads for the stock, scroll down the "Right Side" of the page and look for "Business Summary", then click the very last link on the "Business Summary" for the words - "View More", then Click it with your mouse or finger or however your device clicks a link.
Once on the "Business Summary" page, look for "Profile", and click the link to the Samson Oil & Gas Web site.
When you land on the Samson Oil and Gas Web site, take a look at the upper menu bar for a tab labeled "Investor Relations", and click that tab.
Now this is the hardest part of the directions, so be careful...Click "Investor Fact Sheet" and take a look at the information on that page.
Yes, it's a great development...
And Samson with their own numbers of:
Production (December, 2014) 675 BOEPD
Proved Reserves (NPV 10) 1.77 MMBOE, $39.4 m
, which most oil reserves have been priced @ the previous price point of around $95 per barrel will nearly divide in half with the new prices of $51 per barrel, or approximately $19.5 Million in proven reserves, will continue to add to the supply glut.
When adding the number of shares in the float (Samson's Numbers from their Web site)
Shares on Issue: 2,837,756,933 Ordinary shares as at 28/07/2014, the reserves are not quite as impressive. So, keep punching those holes TB, you need to double production to get back to approximately $39.4 Million in reserves to keep your shareholders happy, with the available cash you have on hand.
Excellent news, see, just like I said, the big players will continue to drill baby drill in proven fields, gotta keep those wells a pumping. The small oilers will keep on drilling too, got to keep those payments on their debt going to the bank. The oil pipelines, trains, and trucks will continue to bulge with all of the oil being pumped, and the reserve tanks will fill to capacity. Striking oil refinery workers will be replaced and the refineries will kick into high gear and make more and more gasoline and other distillates. Then the prices at the pump, and elsewhere, will continue to go down, down, down.
I'm loving it.
See, see how many there are opposing the views of one person's opinion. This is America, not Australia, ain't it sweet, I can stay in here till Christ comes back and there is nothing you can do about it.
What was the reason to create several identities that all build up the stock and attack anyone with opposing views?
In my opinion only, not being a judge ruling on any cases before me on such a matter, I would be looking into the content of the responses of each false identity for any attempts to defraud potential investors by supporting the views of another false identity. Which of course would be a very serious matter.
And you are an alias...why don't you disclose who you really are to the board.
Or better, why would someone created several different id's to comment on a stock in the same message board?
This is " a deliberate attempt to disrupt" and anyone doing this could be called into a court room to explain why it was done, and not only charges of fraud could be leveled, but additional civil penalties as well.
Thanks, I will. And you will deal with owning a commodity that is flowing so strong it will take years to put a cap on it, because the small oilers can't cap and throttle their wells, they are too small, they need the money. So, the glut will continue on and on and on because the small oilers can't afford to cut their production.
Your views are tainted because you own stock. My views are irrelevant because I do not. Yet, there is always two sides to every argument. But to have it your way, there would never be another opinion, there would only be your opinion as an owner of the stock, and for what, to sing praises of the company, to take out an advertisement in your local newspaper to call attention to company news? No, you want to only want to make money.
I have every right to be here and to explain the truth of my opinion as I view it, just as you have every right to be here to explain the truth of your opinion as you view it. If this was Australia where opinions are veiled and shut off at a moments notice, as was done with the Hot Copper Board for this stock, then there is no place left for two opinions to be heard, only one message goes out, yours. And yours is to make money on the stock, not anything else.
You must be really scared Jiimy, you can't handle the truth that the opening screen of the Oil Seminar shows $17.5 million in debt and $3.5 million in cash for Samson.
You can't handle the truth that you have plunked you and your kids savings into a sinking ship named oil.
You can't handle the truth that oil is being replaced with battery operated tools. Do you know Jiimy, I can put an18v charger in my truck and do anything I used to only be able to do with a gas tool, and much quieter too?
You can't handle the truth that even big oil unions are being replaced with people who are willing to work for $45 per hour, so many in fact, they are advertising the jobs in the newspaper to replace those workers.
You can't handle the truth that your $95 per barrel prices are paper prices only and you are going to get whacked this quarter because oil is not $90, nor will it ever be $90 again.
Get ready for reality to strike, because the truth is not on strike.
is hiring relief workers

In the first few weeks of the United Steelworkers union strike, managers stepped in at Shell Oil Co. to keep its refinery and chemical plant running.
As the strike enters its second month, Shell has been training “relief employees” to operate its Deer Park refinery as well as its Norco chemical plant in Louisiana, according to a letter to employees from Aamir Farid, manufacturing vice president, Americas.
With the relief workers, Shell is hoping to return to business as normal, despite the continuation of the strike, according to Farid.
The notification that Shell is bringing in new workers comes only two days before the Steelworkers and Shell are scheduled to meet for another round of negotiations. Shell is the lead negotiator for the industry.
Shell expects to reach its goal of returning to normal by midsummer. At that time, it also expects its managers to return to their regular duties.
“We are disappointed that the USW International Union seems unwilling to achieve a timely and reasonable agreement; but, we are also determined to continue running our business — this is in the best interest of our employees, our customers, the sites and the communities in which we operate,” according to Farid.
Staffing firms that specialize in providing replacement refinery operators for labor disputes have been advertising for the past few weeks in Houston.
One firm looking for field operators is offering $45 an hour plus $40 per day per diem with a guarantee of at least 60 hours a week of work.
Laid Off...permanently...oh no, no more $125,000 janitor job...no more dues, no more political power...lost in space....living on unemployment....maybe they will move us to another union job at another refinery, hey...I'll cross the line, my union bosses got me permanently replace in Deer Park...I'll work for you...please hire me...
