Tsingshua’s $12.6 billion plan
Tsinghua Unigroup plans to invest $9.5 billion to build a memory chip manufacturing plant. It plans to use the remaining $3.1 billion to acquire companies in the microchip supply chain, including the acquisition of a 25% stake in Taiwan-based Powertech Technology for $600 million.

When i'm out is people can't put down their phones. Has to be the most popular form of hardware existing today. These bs scare tactics are nothing more than to create a trading environment for the ultra greedy. And of course zero regulation in the market.
this pps is not justified even with a management problem. i'm thinking mid 60's is more of a fair but still low pps. could be just traders (big ones) bouncing it around and raking in the bucks..... lol
