False, his primary fault has nothing to do with his finger - it's his BRAIN. He's a racist, misogynist, liar, and today BP lost it's appeal of the settlement agreement and I couldn't be happier!

Ha. justice is served and I'm sure somewhere the racists of the world and those who want to keep the independent voice of women down will get their just desert as well.

  • BP's challenge to the legality of its settlement agreement always seems absurd to begin with. Today, by ruling that it refuses to hear BP's appeal, the US Supreme Court has put an end to the legal nonsense.

In it's statement, BP said it will continue to monitor fraudulent claims and have those prosecuted. That's fine, fraud should be prosecuted. Finally - a PR statement by BP I can agree with!

I hope all victims, as the term is defined under the agreement, are properly compensated.

Good luck to all and make it a GREAT day!!

There needs to be more discussion here about the status of litigation, not these arbitrary price guesses by posters. That's the real 500 lb gorilla in the room.
