No position, but it always amazes me how longs always fail to recognize the downsides of an investment. It's not all glory - otherwise this would be trading at $20.
Well I was a long, but denying this is a binary event (50/50 toss-up) is just plain ignorance. I love how you believe only longs and shorts should comment.
Idiots like you ignore reality.
No position. Hope RMTI' PDUFA is successful, but you have to honestly realize there is a big risk here. It is fair to have a 50/50 short/long battle going into this. There are obvious questions about the trial, and also obvious positives.
Exactly. They will buying their shares at the end of the month. Big #$%$. The great news is that they are continuing to buy shares and accumulate; DOC is still at 25% (fairly sizable amount)
There is an amendment:
Employment Agreements Amendments
In December, 2013, each of the Company’s then executive officers requested to purchase shares of Common Stock directly from the Company at market price. To facilitate such requests, the Company amended each of the then executive officer’s employment agreements so that such officers could make periodic purchases of its Common Stock at fair market value. Listed below are the annual amounts to be purchased by each executive. On June 5, 2014, the Company and each of Daniel J. O’Connor, Chief Executive Officer and President,
Gregory T. Mayes, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Secretary, Robert G. Petit, Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer and Sara M. Bonstein, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (each an “Executive”), voluntarily entered into a further amendment (each, an “Amendment” and collectively, the “Amendments”) to their respective Employment Agreements (each, an “Employment Agreement”). The Amendments now provide that the respective stock purchases will occur on the last business day of each calendar month and will be effected through a direct purchase from the Company at a purchase price equal to the closing price of the Common Stock on the purchase date. The Company has not filed a Registration Statement on Form S-8 (or any other registration form) to cover the shares of Common Stock issuable pursuant to the Amendments.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Quite the contrary Pamela, companies tend to want to do conference calls with bad data as well, to serve as damage control.
Just wanted to throw that out there since it seems there are only pumpers and bashers on this board - no rationality.
Correction, CNAT has a management team that is invested...
BCLI management wasn't invested, didn't have many institutional investors, and little to no coverage.
Not at all. BCLI has a management team that is invested in about 50% of the flat, and strong institutional investors.
I.E. Adage Capital (harvard guys) don't just invest in anything...
I'm not betting actually. Prefer to watch binary events like this from the sideline.
boy are you bitter...seen all your posts and you are full of yourself
