The market is correcting . I knew this was going to happen. Wait until this summer when everything goes to hell. This is what happens when Bernanke's free money is pulled..

Jesus Christ man! Enough of the short squeeze bs.
Ive been hearing that for over a year. A short squeeze
wont mean anything if they take this back
    to $3.00!

Its unbelievable and blatant prior art infringement says 10 out of 10 judges ! Not 2-4 or 6 but 10 of 10 ..

In Europe, ten (of ten) judges deemed Apple's patent invalid because it was obvious over the Neonode. The eligibility of a Swedish phone as prior art in the U.S. under applicable rules (it apparently wouldn't be a problem with respect to the most recently-filed patents) is in dispute. But regardless of the purely legal question of eligibility, this shows that it was, unlike rubber-banding, not a stroke of genius to implement on a touchscreen something similar to a physical slider.

Van, If that is true I hope something positive comes of it. I'm a bit skeptical because it seem to be just a battle of 2 (Apple vs Samsung) If Neonode is seriously fighting this, they are awfully quiet about it. Neonode is mentioned in some articles but not as if they are are involved at all in any of the litigation..

Apple blatantly stole neons slide to unlock art. No question
about it. Unfortunately they are probably powerless to do
anything about it. They simply dont have the money
to fight them. I hate that company as much as I hate
Walmart. They are bullies that steam roll over everyone
in their path. I hope Samsung kicks their assets !

Right Scover, In reality, the reason its breaking down is because the entire nasdaq is breaking down. The economy has improved enough for the feds to start pulling out the stimulus which is hurting all the growth stocks. Many are calling for a crash. This is why a crash wont happen. I doubt the feds would be pulling the QE unless they were comfortable with what they see ..

Yes , twice, just to make sure I didn't miss anything. Very informative and needed information. I picked up more shares at $5.54 (oversold RSI 29) . Whether or not they are going to be able to drive it down much further is anyone's guess.

Any investor with a very large position on a stock can dump their stocks and spread what ever rumors they want in order to bring the stock price down significantly and buy it back afterwards. This is what is happening. I never thought Id ever be able to add to my position at a RSI of 29 ..

With a little research you would have found out that this sale was planned for some time. If it was not planned , I would be more concerned. .......
In a privately-negotiated transaction, Mr. Bystedt delivered 200,000 shares of common stock to an unaffiliated third party creditor in repayment of a personal loan. Neonode Inc. was not a party to such loan, and did not extend, arrange, or renew such loan or the repayment of such loan. Mr. Bystedt's intention to offer his personal shares in exchange for repayment of his personal loan previously was disclosed in the prospectus supplement filed by Neonode Inc. on September 12, 2013 relating to the public offering by Neonode and certain selling shareholders, including Mr. Bystedt, to sell shares of common stock at a price of $6.60 per share pursuant to an underwriting agreement. The $6.67 deemed price per share reflects the closing price of Neonode Inc. common stock on March 17, 2004, which was the day Mr. Bystedt and the creditor agreed to enter into the privately-negotiated transaction.

Inline or a small beat due to 4th quarter printer rev bookings. I suspect there will be a large SP swing one way or the other depending on the outcome.. No doubt in my mind guidance will be the key factor on where this issue goes from this point. They need to start showing some licencing revenue from some of the other product lines or the street is going to call Bu** S**T.

    Mcav,
Ill be surprised if some type of computer announcement isn't made. That has been their main focus for some time. Announcing the sales executives was just the beginning. This is getting interesting..

Other key wording ... Integration setup... Meaning the system could be built into any touchscreen system . Not just a propitiatory APPLE product ..

It looks like the car play system is built into the autos touchscreen , not a complete unit. Below is a quote I pulled up. Notice it says "FOR" car infotainment systems not a complete system..
As was rumored on Friday, Apple is today finally ready to launch a new iPhone integration setup for car infotainment systems.

You're welcome. This has been a frustrating ride but unless I was completely misled, things are going to dramatically improve. Stand by !

Mcav, you really should call him and speak to him in person. He wont go into specific details about licensing projects but will offer plenty of information for you to walk away from the conversation feeling bullish. For one thing , they are concentrating on the meat and potatoes end of the business. That is where they are going to make a killing. The meat being computers (laptops and monitors) and the potatoes being printers. Those two products alone are worth a fortune. The reason why the stock is showing strength and why I'm pretty sure the short sellers are going to get their #$%$ handed to them very soon is two things that he said.. The first is that the printers are going to be announced at any given moment by the specific OEM that they have been talking about. The reason for the delay has nothing to do with anything other thanan inventory issue.. This OEM apparently has to rid themselves of their old stock before bringing out the new.. This really makes perfect sense. They would have suffered a huge loss in inventory by releasing new printers with better features for the same price or possibly at a lesser cost. The second thing is this.. They are undergoing Windows 8 certification as we speak. In fact, they may already have it . Its been 6 weeks since I last spoke with him so who knows what has occurred since then.. Next weeks CC will be very interesting. You are right though about the revenue. Its probably going to suck but as we all know, the market looks into the future not the past..
