It was obvious. He wore a LNKD T shirt. And he had an anatomically short middle leg. Yep, for sure he was naked shorting LNKD.
I sent a photo to the SEC of a naked man at a Scott Trader Brokerage. I said this guy is naked shorting my stock. Never heard back from them. They are inept.
I'm not smoking nothing. Once MNKD starts driving the bus, Afrezza will take off. RLS will cut it's first check to MNKD before it leases its first office. On and on and upwards.
Joahua Schimmer at PJ (MNKD bear) came out with his opinion on the cc. He saw a "flawed and desperate" plan underway at MNKD. And it seemed that MNKD wanted to appeal to "less sophisticated investors."
Is he bashing us retail types? There is nothing flawed about Matt's strategy. Once the milestone payments roll in from RLS in a few months, cash will not be a problem. A few international partners will throw in a few hundred million. Next year, the TS drugs will hit the market and we will be on a gravy train.
We would never have known how many patents MNKD owns! This is vital information.
If there was another bidder in 2014, why would they be interested now? Who wants to be the second company to throw $400 mln down a hole? This this through: if the price of Afrezza is reduced by half, is there money left to pay a partner and MNKD?
Every day this stock drifts lower. The pain is getting too much. The pounding is awful and inhumane. This was once a FANG stock. Now it is a loser stock with no bottom except my bottom which is getting hammered.
Oh the pain!!!
Due to the earnings miss, AAPL owners will be pounded hard tomorrow by Mr. Market. The miss was not so great so I think the defiling will be ordinary; certainly Mr. Market will not use his Johnny Holmes add-on. Most shareholders find the pounding to be distasteful. It hurts big time. You can't sit down afterwards. But given that Tim Cook is experienced in this area, he might weather it quite well.
If in a month, the information is the same, then the deal is not real.
Think about it; a company announces a major deal with a newly formed company. Why not just wait for the paperwork to clear. What is the risk? Is the deal going to go bad?
Very little is known about Receptor Life Sciences. Even less is known about the MNKD deal. No officers, no headquarters, no nothing. Investors know squat.
Just maybe Matt should have waited a week or two for the company to form. Just maybe.
You are brain dead. MNKD will receive $50 mln within 3 months. Royalties start in a 1.5 years. So what if its a new company. All companies were new at some point in time. You don't need a website to be in business. Give it a chance.
There is nothing wrong being a bag holder. At least be stylish and get a new pair of shoes!
As for the AdCom, the FDA is looking to the docs for a reason to approve. With very little data, the approval hinges on the public comments.
Bad news: Zappos will not increase the bag holder discount if the AdCom goes against SRPT. They think stylish shoes do not look any better on a single or double bag holder.
The Costco business is a large portion of AXP's billings. Once the el cheap warehouse accounts are gone, AXP can focus on high margin premium accounts. Profits will soar.
