Benny's ONE HOT K.O. will be the more efficient, economical, and lasting punch for those at risk for repeat infections. Besides, Benny's TT-034 is delivered by a therapeutic platform that will also out gun ARWR's HBV candidate.
Benny's HCV candidate is just the beginning. Benny's ddRNAi licensing will generate massive revenues.
Those who only see HCV are missing the big picture.

    Motion to Dismiss Complaint:
    Failure to state a cause of action upon which relief can be granted ...;
    Lack of personal jurisdiction over CT...;
Failure to join a necessary party ....

I wonder who has been buying up the fire sale shares during the elephant stampede?
Did anyone ever think it strange that this complaint was filed in NY, instead of Nevada?
Warren Buffet's quotation about buying when others are frightened is hard to ignore when the self proclaimed longtime whales start dumping en masse. Perhaps they should have abandoned their positions long before the news of the New York complaint had been filed?

If and when the NY suit is dismissed, who is considering adding shares?
The resignation of Counsel Phi Beta Kappa, Little Debbie, prompted me to trim shares. The RNAi market has been so blistering hot that It seems crazy to play the Malaysian Lotto these days ... unless you have a better understanding of what is happening with the Wizards of VPRO than I can divine.

  • Received this note from Carl Stubbings, Chief Business Officer of Benitec:
"I’m very pleased to advise that the US FDA has confirmed that Benitec can proceed with the ‘first in man’ clinical trial of TT-034, our ddRNAi-based drug targeting Hepatitis C.

This is a major step for Benitec, providing the opportunity to:

Prove the safety and efficacy of TT-034 in man, and
Demonstrate the potential of ddRNAi to treat other genetically-based human conditions."

Does anyone have CT's textphone#? Those with potentially valuable tips could text her without the hassle of phone tag . I'd like to see the establishment of a 24hour suggestion line for voice or text messages. Such a service is available at no cost for incoming calls or both incoming and outgoing text messages. This suggestion box idea is not the message that I wanted to send CT though ....
I am certain that fellow shareholders would also like to send an occasional tip with some degree of privacy, or else we'd be posting to FB.
If anyone communicates with CT, could you request an update to the biz Profile on Yahoo? After all, Michelle has bailed or was jettisoned ... right? How about Onco' collaboration ... is not that relationship also defunct?

(OT response) ... and people actually feel more secure contracting with Tyco's ADT to protect their business and residential properties. I wonder how many terrified citizens subscribed to ADT in response to the killings by serial murderer BTK, only to later discover that BTK may have installed their ADT home security system?
As for VPRO ... although I must confess to enduring an occasional spell of private self-doubting about my rosy optimism in regards to CT's assumption of leadership, the journey has been a bit too rocky for some I suspect.

  • Has anyone on this MB spoken with or conversed via electronic comunication with Cynthia Eckberg-Tsai in the past 30 days?
In regards to the Malaysian s/h's ,.. anyone have any details of the entity that recruited, promoted or assigned C E-T to this Viropro project?
It has always seemed to me that us retail Longs are just along for the ride. If the driving force negotiates the course without crashing and burning, a big "if", we have a chance of seeing our shares appreciate to a relative bonanza.
The $0.011 price per share (pps) is either a great opportunity to load up at an exceptional bargain or an indication of truly dismal conditions. If pps accurately reflected the true value, it would be tantamount to valuing CE-T's efforts at zero. I think she is growing into position.
The point that I am struggling to make is that we ought to divine which way CET's backers are leaning ... that is if I am correct in believing that she is the candidate put forward by a real entity of interest, the "Malaysians" .... If the Malaysians maintain solid support for and confidence in CET, I would move quick to add more. It just seems to me that we should be in a much better state than we were when CET first ascended to the Chief Executive Officer. Granted that it is disenchanting to still be awaiting for financials, but is it not exceedingly more critical to have progressed towards building lucrative joint ventures and developing revenue streams?
Bottom line it seems that those who sell at these prices are simply allowing their frustrations and impatience to monkey-wrench their future prosperity. Before selling your shares, why not call CET or write an open letter? As long as CET is committed to the project and the Malaysians maintain confidence and support, it would seem to me that one should be adding on this dip.
How about a roll call of Longs? Who has reduced holdings ... by %, not how long you are! ... or if you have been shriveling in the hot tub 2 long

35% profit plus without the cost of paying hundreds of sales people ... in addition to the hundreds of scores of millions received in advance.
How is going it alone working out for DIVUS?
Besides, Arena's expertise is R&D ... why should they lose focus on what they do best by diverting their attention from what they do best?
Those who cry the tired old line about 35% of the profits are failing to consider the real world of business. Marketing is night and day different from cutting edge biotech R&D. At some point Arena may decide to acquire or merge with a Rx marketing powerhouse, but for now it looks like they know their current needs, strengths and limitations.
I suspect that Arena and (A-sigh) will enjoy a mutually beneficial synergy that will eventually grow to include additional blockbuster to be novel Rx medications generated from the ARNA pipeline. Eisai is sufficiently big yet nimble, savvy and blessed with the vision and foresight to recognize the potential of lorcaserin. I believe that both of these entities have a long term mindset. Short sighted bashers and HF stooges can try as they may to monkey wrench these Companies, but I plan on holding and acquiring more shares when able.
This is how I see it ... you may have a better strategy.

You still squawking excrement ccrocca? I think you would be better suited to a forum hosted by the Taliban or violent narcotraffickers battling for turf. Calling for the beheading of a family's daughter and sister is outside the boundary of human decency. I suggest an apology and immediate modification of your behavior. You may find that it is your own goose in danger of being cooked for Thanksgiving.

Crotcha! ... u must be a scat loving voyeur to have witnessed such intimate action. If not, then u have offered nothing to support your smutty allegations. Lucky this is not Australia or you'd be in deep kah-kah ccrocca! Australia's laws against defamatory comments would have u nailed, unless u could prove the truth of such representations. Or maybe you have a video recording to support such allegations?

Ahh ... Quit picking on Yuzz. At minimum, Yuzz makes this stock interesting. Without Yuzz' contributions, i'd bet many of us would have grown bored long, long ago.at least Yuzz isdiplimatic to those offering good faith contributions to this MB. If yuz was authentically Long, he was in the trenches with the rest of us holdouts.
I never got the impression that Yuzz intentionally deceived or willingly sought to misrepresent. A bit of good faith pumping is infinitely better than incessant negativity ... At least that is what i prefer. I wish the best for all good faith longs that seek the best for equity holders, prospective consumers, and Viropro.

If CT discovered fraud, I am glad that she is doing something about it, ... but I do wish that this could have been prevented or solved without the threat of damage to the pps.

Btw ... Is everyone still holding? Accumulating?

I was wondering whether CR discovered that Michelle was manufacturing contraband at the facility ... or subleasing it to the Cartel?

Benitec is flying under the radar ... this recent updraft should be only the beginning. Multiply market cap by 10 would still scream BARGAIN! in my mho. ARWR's recent pps explosion on the back of their first human HBV trials is a good indicator what is in store for Benitec once their one shot HCV trials get started next month. Benitec's HBV candidate will be validated by a successful HCV PHase I. I don't mind Benitec flying low profile for now as this provides the opp'ty to accumulate bonanza priced shares.

BJ ... What i want to know is why u feel compelled to continue with this repetitious theme? Are we supposed to marvel in awe about your purchase of Tesla? Or do u seek sympathyfor holding V?
Query: How long do u plan to bellybitch with remorse? If you think that Tesla is going so strong that u feel compelled to promote it on the Viropro MB ad infinitum, then perhaps you should liquidate VPRO + YOU should purchase TSLA? You would be doing us both a favor. Why would one continue to hold a stock that they don't want? ... particularly when they seem to be lusting for another ... a "saner" more fluid and predictable TSLA?

"I hope the pump machines are on" ... "need to unload." .... Hmmm ... maybe you should keep this information private.
