the mutt u speak of is a moderator on a dozen or more IH mb's.
I scanned a few and noticed what could be a serial annoyance, a repeat informer. I don't have time to waste on such excrement, but after my post was yanked on that forum, I decided to look into. the bully tactics. hopefully our YMB can now move on to productive topics.

does anyone have a link that lists the intellectual property owned or licensed by Vi'?
is the cumate switch (?) the sole basis for our competitive advantage mfr'g Rituxan biosimilar?
how about the clones ... specifically insulin ... where did this clone originate? how does it differ from currently available products on the market? how about the fast acting insulin candidate from Biodel. I believe? Any special characteristics of our clone(s)?

Vi' is blessed with a blue chip CEO leading a turnaround of epic magnitude. I would much prefer that CT focus on developing revenue by way of prospecting and executing joint ventures and partnerships. CT's entrepreneurial skills are amazing ... Vi' is an ideal showcase for these talents. The accounting can be delegated to bean counters. I only hope that she is not wooed away before Vi' reaches the S&P 500 list.

Those that squawk and snipe about alleged SecRegs technical oversights were stone silent during the previous management's tenure. Anyone who would stoop so low as to be an informer at this point is either playing an angle for personal gain at the expense of shareholders, or is simply a rabid dog no longer in contact with higher brain function ... like good faith and fair dealing, honor and integrity.

yes, I often wonder why analysts with better access to information consistently fail to accurately assess Belviq, from Adcom to PDUFA. What makes you believe that they will prove any better at predicting price targets? or perhaps you are simply attempting to push an agenda inconsistent with the principles of good faith and fair dealing?

The only place I saw this PR was on the V website and on this MB. I don't see how one could expect a pps run up based upon such insular dissemination. If I did not notice this PR until today, I would not expect those less interested in V to have noticed the news last Friday.
It's always nice to enjoy the thrill of a substantial updraft, but I am more concerned with CT's successful execution of the business plan. This is the opportunity for astute investors to hold and add shares at bargain prices.

  • Benitec is flying under the radar by being located Down Under in Australia where biotech venture capital is relatively anemic compared to USA and Europe standards. Successful results should trigger massive interest for not only the lucrative HCV market ... HOW MANY BILLION$ did Gilead pay for Pharmasset? ... but also all of the additional applications for Benitec's ddRNAi therapy to treat or cure targeting life terminating diseases currenly lacking effective Rx therapy ... several of which are already in Benitec's pipeline.
For those considering an investment in Benitec, check out their website, it's comprehensive and most impressive. I suspect that USA market volume will start to pick as word spreads. Benitec does a wonderful job communicating with their investors via press release and responding to direct inquiry, although I suspect as they become better known in the USA, they may be unable to maintain the level of excellence in responding individually.
I look forward to this MB becoming more lively. It's been awful desolate here. If anyone can recommend a livelier MB, here or Australia, I'd welcome the tip.

    Getalife'. ...
I understand your frustration. ... I'd be enraged. I felt bad immediately after posting this topic and refrained from checking the response until just now, out of shame.
I had a free registration with ihub and visited the V group only infrequently. After reading reports of the shenanigans, I simply never returned to V group, but still visit another group with impeccable courtesy and fair play. In your shoes, it's likely I'd go ballistic. Amazing that such conditions exist on that MB. I don't want to return or else I'll be on warpath.
Besides frustration, my major reason for speaking out is that new prospective shareholders often visit YMB. My concern is that these prospects will be turned off by the negativity. They will naturally be interested in what others are saying about V. The result is an unintended boost in traffic and readership for the miscreants who sabotaged that MB, addition to the prospects' focus being diverted away from the rare opportunity for upward potential that V represents.
I've had my share of negative posts with far less justification.
Bottom line: I appreciate the friendly response to this topic. I am sorry for having been so insensitive and critical of others who had ample justification for rage.

Btw ... When in doubt, I find that reviewing the cv of CT and DO'S (Deb) seems to foster my conviction and confidence in the probability for outstanding success. Malaysia has been an economic dynamo. CT knows how to get things done. For a speculative stock, V looks to be an outstanding opportunity for those with vision and patience to invest and prosper. Think and Invest and Grow Rich ... a sequel to Napoleon Hills historic work for the 21st Century!

  • Does anyone know whether we are somehow limited to projects in emerging markets? Are we not allowed to pursue projects in China? Is this a business plan limitation or a technology license limitation? Or how about the USAor North America? Will it be easier to get approved in an emerging market versus dealing with the EMA or FDA?
Could this be a limitation incorporated into the Charter? Or is this a situation where the controlling shareholders simply want to focus on transforming Malaysia into the major hub for SE Asia Biotech?

Anyone have a copy of the technology license(s) that give Viropro a competitive advantage in the production of biologicals? Seems like I recall that this IP would increase product yield, thereby reducing the substantial costs of manufacture. Is this accurate?

    T.I.A.

Will Viropro ever be a brand name for a finished product ... or will there be several brand names ... Branded for the Rx Company distributing to specific territory? South Korea for instance. Anyone know whether the leaked deal with the a South Korean outfit ... the Malaysian government agency press release from the Chicago Bio Conference ... is accurate? Surely a mistake would be retracted by now?
In regards to the purported South Korean deal ... Is this one of CT's "partnerships with emerging countries to distributed product."? ... or will the South Korean deal be something of greater import along the lines of Oncologics deal? Is the Onco' deal the foundation for which Cynthia Ekberg Tsai will be developing partnerships with emerging countries? ... or is CT attempting to develop deals independent of the joint Viro-Onco product line?
    Thanks in advance.

Yuzz. ... In regards to the recently signed Oncologics contract ... what all needs to be done to get the project underway? Modifications to the 50k sf manufacturing lab facility in Malaysia? What exactly will Viropro be bringing to this project besides the facility and working relationship with the Malaysian government agency seeking to transform Malaysia into a Silicon Valley of Biotech for SE Asia?

jet lag is another major consideration ... but i'd hope that DO'S would have used some of that travel time for a first draft of the PR .

Listening to the cc and lame questions from analysts, leaves little doubt that one can learn and know more by reading the posts of astute contributors here at YMB.

Lukb4' ... No waiver on last 30 days?

  • Honestly I don't understand why this MB is fixated on ihub. It was plenty sufficient to mention that it had been taken over by a basher miscreant.
Let's focus on making this MB a better place. I get turned off by the constant commiseration over ihub.
Surely us long time Longs have enough faith and confidence in the New Viropro to be immune from bully b.s..
This MB is starting to sound like insecure hens instead of astute investors.
I have confidence that the dynamic duo will bring home good news. Even if they do not, CT already brought us the Onco contract just a couple months back. Lets give her some breathing room.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

any idea how long it takes to resubmit, assuming that the CHUMP NONCLINICAL concerns are ready for resubmission? in other words, does the process start at zero like the initial application? surely there must be an expedited process? hope someone knows or asks at the cc.
looking forward to a record usa launch
