IB seems to be pretty spot on. The only other firm I have heard of that has a better risk algo is Schwab, but they will tighten requirements to 80 or 90% equity on that position.
Other high one fee ones are NEON and KEYW both 18%

  • 19% Interest to be short doesn't seem worth the risk. It's has been over 10% for a few months. Rebate rate to long position is 19.11%

Thank you shorts and bashers for all the stock from $.126 on Monday I am enjoying my 40% so far.

I watched for it, I saw it, I bought.

    That is Due Diligence

Here is some more due diligence. Someone has been buying a lot at $ .1683 - 1+6+8+3=18 and other numbers equaling 18

DRNE is doubling down on employees & future

Don't even respond to them, I put them on ignore. It's the same babble about the stock is going down or they don't have earnings. If someone IPO'd the wheel they would have shorted it and carved on the cave wall using twisted diversionary language. Of course using hyperventilating type hyperbole and all caps panzyazz insults. Then they'd run outside screeching incomplete sentences.

At a buck and a half a year ago I would say it was a bit premature to jump in considering the regulatory hoops. Right now being short a twenty cent stock paying 7-10% borrow costs is not a prudent bet. I loaded up at 16.3 cents.

There is a whole site collection devoted to UAS.
    Here is the location- wwwDOTfaaDOTgov/uas/

    At wwwDOTfaaDOTgov/uas/legislative_programs/section_333/333_authorizations/media/cnn-12174DOTpdf
is the text from CNNs Section 333 - 1 The petitioner also proposed to operate the Drone Aviation Corporation’s Watt 200 ETAP and the CyPhy
Works Persistent Aerial Reconnaissance and Communication System (PARC), which are tethered unmanned
aircraft. The FAA is reviewing the aircraft separately to evaluate the risk associated with tethered UAS
operations and to determine whether any additional mitigations are necessary. The FAA will issue its decision
after completing its assessment of that portion of the petitions. No further action will be required by the

This is government speak for since it's tethered it won't need a recurring Sec333 exception. They will issue a permit and an identifier (N) number for these UA types. May have to have a transponder that broadcasts it's (N number tail number) identifier. Which is exactly what DAC wants these are not $1500 toys they are $70,000 hitech aerial platforms. Add in a support vehicle and operators and it is close to a $100,000 first year expense.

Loss($.06) vs Loss($.05) no big surprise there. Large jump in asset inventory. This is usually indicative of finished/near finished product not yet invoiced. Also indicative of a production prep for ramp up. There was also an order they expected to fill in July.
Looks like a lot of the other issues were converted to common probably sold. Likely that an investment bank was on the bid side accumulating, shorts knew the activity was taking place jumped on the bandwagon. That operation is probably complete.

They said they have enough money for 12 months in the filing. If there is more stock issued it will be months away (6-9). A likely timeline of events one would suspect is order news, price PPS rise, issuance of 5-10 million all of which could be bought by Frost et al, (pocket change) a small amount for underwriters favorite clients at the prevailing higher PPS all to be used to fulfill operations capacity needs due to the previously announced news. Or a reverse executed similar to ALQA which I owned in fall of 2013 and resulted in a 300% gain on the post rev split.

Time to re read Dr. Cannel's research. If just part of it is correct, Rayaldy's market will be bigger than the size of Statins and ED drug $ size combined.

    Well said Sgard.
Someone else posted that it seemed Dr. Frost ended the call early because of the performances.

I expected him to make some closing comments to tie it all up but he just said he hoped to see us all soon and Bye now. A good presentation is tell em what you're going to tell, tell it, tell em what you told em. He skipped the last part. Maybe he was disappointed in them and felt like it would make it worse?

I reject Wall St. "expectations" on OPK...

Add that to an Economist and Weather Forecasting. I think it's all part of the plan back when there were specialists, I knew an ex Shell Oil Specialist from the Midwest Exchange (showing my age) The routine was to "sell to", let retail buy on known BS "Analyst" recommendations The M/M and specialist would be net short, providing this borrowed inventor, knowing the missed expectation would allow him to cover. On the post announcement morning, the missed expectation would allow him to "indicate" an opening bid way low which set the tone for the weak long lemmings. Any short covering over run of buying by the specialist was just now inventory ( net long) to sell at a profit. This was the specialist (now dark pool and M/M) business. He did teach me how to use the fear to buy. I haven't mastered the sell on exuberance part, but having it half way works out a majority of the time for me anyway.

Yep, no more differential so I sold BRLI yesterday, put proceeds in OPK. The funds/institutions that needed to sell BRLI because of capitalization or sector investment policy have done so.

We're heading into the 3rd month of basing here, the next 30% or so leg up is going to hurt the shorts. Wonder what the interest rate to borrow will jump to as we get close to merger day?

  • The very top of the front page of the WSJ this morning. I would say there is not much better PR, is a tease for a full color article about DRNE in the next section also on the front page. I would guess the incessant rabid short here that has been harassing the board is changing his underwear this morning.
Avg cost 18 cents for me.

A very good read makes a strong case for tethered drones. An article this big stays very high in Google search results, which is very bad for shorts. The algo trading bots will kick in and run this up and down with a definite upside trend.

If you'd only known...before you shorted at $9.

Unlike OPKO shorts (lemmings) longs have been here for a very long time, (me since $4s) some in the $1 range so we pretty much know the company history but thanks for sharing your self revelations with us it makes it clear that the depths of ignorance the shorts live in.

The biggest problem for shorts is.. there are very few weak long hands to shake loose shares from so you're pretty much sunk. Even a house of cards or placebo stinking alpo article won't help.

Don't get me wrong the intelligent side of this trade does appreciate all you tards helping us to amass the positions we wanted over the last few years.
