I looked him up on LinkedIn last name is spelled with an S - Schamber he is an Electrical Engineer, resume is posted there also. I work in a company with large a SCADA system in several locations. The operators have up to a dozen screens each. Perhaps there is some advantage to having these small projectors display in the SCADA centers when there is an anomaly? Or the screen displays from several individual data displays all sent remotely where they could be displayed to executive management and technicians in the field to instantly see what the SCADA system is sending to operators screens? The ability for a remote field tech or repair crew to see this data real time on a live feed could be worth $millions in disaster decision making where every second counts. Maybe this is part of his interest. Just guessing.

Frost past game plan is to R/S/ secondary concurrently where all of it is bought up by him, insiders and LTS customers. This denies shorts any opportunity to cover. Stock will jump shorts will get fail to deliver and bought in at horrendous prices if they do not. That's how it plays, that's why the Short(s) are rabidly posting by announcement time it will be way up. These are simple facts just like ALQA went. It will be announced soon to keep shorty down. After a secondary the market cap will be 25-35 million. This is why they cancelled all the dead woods options awhile back. The number of pockets to be enriched with the secondary which I hope is 1/50 will be limited. I bought a bunch at .1480 a while back buying more today. Me and 6 others between .1510 an .1519 right now. 6 times 3 week average volume and it hasn't budged. takin out the fools right now.

  • The screaming all cap short(s) on here using multiple IDs is now screeeewed the m/m and Investment Bankers have quietly been soaking it up between 15- 19 for months in preparation there is no offer. I was in Aliqua when they reverse split and it was a gigantic gain. A few will panic the M/M will clean out but it wil not drop much if it works out the way Frost etal slapped the shorts in ALQA.

IB seems to be pretty spot on. The only other firm I have heard of that has a better risk algo is Schwab, but they will tighten requirements to 80 or 90% equity on that position.
Other high one fee ones are NEON and KEYW both 18%

  • 19% Interest to be short doesn't seem worth the risk. It's has been over 10% for a few months. Rebate rate to long position is 19.11%

Thank you shorts and bashers for all the stock from $.126 on Monday I am enjoying my 40% so far.

I watched for it, I saw it, I bought.

    That is Due Diligence

Here is some more due diligence. Someone has been buying a lot at $ .1683 - 1+6+8+3=18 and other numbers equaling 18
Hebrew number for CHAI is 18 = Life
Gee wonder who that might be?

Don't even respond to them, I put them on ignore. It's the same babble about the stock is going down or they don't have earnings. If someone IPO'd the wheel they would have shorted it and carved on the cave wall using twisted diversionary language. Of course using hyperventilating type hyperbole and all caps panzyazz insults. Then they'd run outside screeching incomplete sentences.

At a buck and a half a year ago I would say it was a bit premature to jump in considering the regulatory hoops. Right now being short a twenty cent stock paying 7-10% borrow costs is not a prudent bet. I loaded up at 16.3 cents.

There is a whole site collection devoted to UAS.
    Here is the location- wwwDOTfaaDOTgov/uas/

    At wwwDOTfaaDOTgov/uas/legislative_programs/section_333/333_authorizations/media/cnn-12174DOTpdf
is the text from CNNs Section 333 - 1 The petitioner also proposed to operate the Drone Aviation Corporation’s Watt 200 ETAP and the CyPhy
Works Persistent Aerial Reconnaissance and Communication System (PARC), which are tethered unmanned
aircraft. The FAA is reviewing the aircraft separately to evaluate the risk associated with tethered UAS
operations and to determine whether any additional mitigations are necessary. The FAA will issue its decision
after completing its assessment of that portion of the petitions. No further action will be required by the

This is government speak for since it's tethered it won't need a recurring Sec333 exception. They will issue a permit and an identifier (N) number for these UA types. May have to have a transponder that broadcasts it's (N number tail number) identifier. Which is exactly what DAC wants these are not $1500 toys they are $70,000 hitech aerial platforms. Add in a support vehicle and operators and it is close to a $100,000 first year expense.

Loss($.06) vs Loss($.05) no big surprise there. Large jump in asset inventory. This is usually indicative of finished/near finished product not yet invoiced. Also indicative of a production prep for ramp up. There was also an order they expected to fill in July.
Looks like a lot of the other issues were converted to common probably sold. Likely that an investment bank was on the bid side accumulating, shorts knew the activity was taking place jumped on the bandwagon. That operation is probably complete.

They said they have enough money for 12 months in the filing. If there is more stock issued it will be months away (6-9). A likely timeline of events one would suspect is order news, price PPS rise, issuance of 5-10 million all of which could be bought by Frost et al, (pocket change) a small amount for underwriters favorite clients at the prevailing higher PPS all to be used to fulfill operations capacity needs due to the previously announced news. Or a reverse executed similar to ALQA which I owned in fall of 2013 and resulted in a 300% gain on the post rev split.

    Well said Sgard.
Someone else posted that it seemed Dr. Frost ended the call early because of the performances.

I expected him to make some closing comments to tie it all up but he just said he hoped to see us all soon and Bye now. A good presentation is tell em what you're going to tell, tell it, tell em what you told em. He skipped the last part. Maybe he was disappointed in them and felt like it would make it worse?
