MY opinion is that this is a perpetual ATM for the insiders, they have had auto sell orders in for the options they are granted. Any data company could replicate this IF it was worth it. Recent legislation removed country of origin requirements for some products. So barring some widespread outbreak of some problem this is an easy market maker sell short to retail after the one of the insiders supplies them with inventory. It's been this way for a long time. the only sure thing is to sell short any rip (few, fleeting and far in-between) because the insiders are selling too. This is an example of why small investors do not invest in the market. The stats look good, so value hunting small investors get lured into becoming the cash for the insider selling. Look up the last few years of annual reports and SEC filings, a whole bunch of option grants and selling. Why wait to find out if the acquired company stockholders who had to wait for the remaining cash and stock in the deal hang around? Patience in this POS is opportunity cost of your money.
I sent him an Inmail on Linked in begging him to resign and contacted a couple Board members. He has outlined no profitability path, destroyed millions of dollars every time he speaks. Where is the value add from this moron?
