when will the three additional clinical trial sites going to be announced? Perrin said at the shareholders meeting it would be before the end of the 3rd Quarter---that means it should be by August 29---doubt they will meet this deadline---would rather hear that the first patient has been enrolled in Arizona or North Carolina
He made you too imamisa"dope"--You sure are not much of an intelligent design either--maybe even God had an "off day"
I'm sure it will be positive---the recent shareholder presentation clearly shows axons "sprouting" from the scaffold when neural stem cells are anchored to it---there has never been anything close to this kind of response when neural stem cells are put into a SCI area before--I don't see any of In Vivo's prestigious scientific advisory board (Dr. Langer, Dr. Roberts etc)--"jumping ship" either
and that's just it
The scaffold trial is about to begin in 3 centres (including the largest most prestigious spinal injury centre in North America (Phoenix)) along with 3 other centres about to be announced. The company has enough money to continue operations weil into 2016. None of the distinguished scientific advisory board is "jumping ship"--in fact Dr. Langer earlier this week complimented the company on their achieving approval for the use of neural stem cells with scaffold for future studies. And again when this scaffold trial starts all that has to be achieved is "safety"--essentially a "given" since this scaffold polymer material has been FDA approved for years and dissolves into H20/C02. Load up on this stock and this current price represents a excellent buying opportunity
And if I can give one more piece of advice--
-apply the "Ignore User" to any posts by "Imamisanthrope"--this boards resident "negative troll" who has been spewing his nonsense for several years
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Dr. Kim has previously been quoted as saying he has ~99% of his personal wealth tied up in INO stock--for him to purchase another 250K shares really shows his confidence in this company or the fact he knows something "big" is going to happen (merger?)
very long--but can't say I'm not disappointed--thought after approval of Afrezza and the partnership announcement the pps would be a lot higher than it is right now---there now won't likely be any substantial movement until well into 2015 when we see how Afrezza is received by the diabetic community
Inovio's proprietary SynCon® design approach, Inovio researchers developed a polyvalent DNA vaccine consisting of three consensus plasmids to broadly target variant virus strains within three distinct families of Ebola and Marburg viruses. In the first part of this study, following two vaccinations using Inovio's proprietary CELLECTRA® electroporation device, 100% of vaccinated guinea pigs were protected from death following a virus challenge
What LIE?? This board is so full of idiots its ridiculous--you being #1 PAL
Inovio's SynCon® DNA vaccine against Ebola and Marburg filoviruses showed 100% protection in early studies in 2013---will the US government help finance this study to Phase III and will the FDA fast track its approval if it continues to be successful further on in the trials??
You couldn't more wrong--looks like AMBS a very nice little announcement today--disproving your nonsense--a lot of paid bashers on this board obviously
I will report this peabrain---you don't need to have a test for dementia---in your case its already well advanced!!!
this drop in price has nothing to do with the company--the whole market took a "dive" as it simply has been "overheated" for some time and was long overdue for a correction---none of the fundamentals of AMBS have changed nor any of the upcoming catalyts----I look upon this situation as a chance to buy more
I agree--nothing has changed--all the catalysts are still there-LymphPro will soon be licensed for early detection of Alzheimer's etc etc. This dip in price is a marvellous buying opportunity!!
Maybe Dr. Kim himself---greatly admire him not only for how he is running this company but also for backing his belief in the science by putting his own money into buying company stock-he's admitted that 99% of his net worth is in INO stock
Sure I'm disappointed in the performance since Mr. Perrin took over--but this situation reminds me of April 2013 when all the "naysayers" were saying the FDA would never allow this trial to even start--I simply refuse to give up on this company---I challenge anyone to show me a biotech company that has the scientific advisory board that In Vivo has---I don't see any of them "abandoning ship"--and I'm sure if they didn't believe this would be successful they would have bailed out long ago-I will continue to "hold tight" as I believe this trial is ultimately going to be the start of a revolutionary treatment for patients who have had little or no hope before
The only thing "Sad" PAL is you--you continually ridicule this company from every conceivable angle and seem to take great pleasure doing so--you define the word narcisist to a tee-vent your stupid opinions somewhere else-
Sure I can--but I don't acknowledge useless "trolls" like you--and that's all you are--all you do all day is respond to any positive messages and ridicule the person doing it--as a result you don't deserve any response--and I won't lower myself to your level to do so
