ya know i think the warrant holders are starting to realize that; they're trying to crash the stock to get people to panic cell so they can cover and vol isn't there

it's so low now no one is or should be celling

they're going to fool around and get this so low there will be some real buying come in

lot easier to take now that i know what the deal is

    just ride it out

    1,501,323 shorted.....

per the last cc, float is 15mmish with 25mm cash in the bank
10% of the float shorted which is a ginormous number

poster yesterday said o/s wouldn't be released at asco in june as we're too late and he mentioned a conference in sept in madrid

i would expect the q1 conference call they could give more detail on exactly when to expect the results

    upcoming catalysts

gsk trial start, hopefully that jump starts us
q1 report/call last year was may 6 so i expect a similar time frame this year

short int doubled from 600k to 1.5mm right after the results; i told you the warrant holders xercised their warrants, dumped the stock, and then shorted oxgn

    that's why every little bump is hammered back down;
also, remember i told you how adam f has been strangely silent with no mention of oxgn since the day after the results?

his cronies are involved; they're covering down here and accumulating shrs

adam will turn on the pump when they're covered and long

also, 1.5mm shorts in a 15mm float stock; think about it when this turns

    now i know why this has been trading the way it has;

warrants holders made $3/shr on the way up from 2's to mid 5's and made $2/shr on the shorts down from 5's to 3's

    what a country

    and its legal

i think (hope) the start of the pazo trial gets us over the hump at $5 and then the market will take care of the rest

that's when the 'tutes can buy in and the float starts shrinking, unlike last time, when the float blew up as the warrants were exercised and the flood of stock killed the spike

you guys watch how differently this trades once we cross $5

'tute ownership ramps exponentially once we cross $5 as most funds can't buy stocks that are less than $5

what happens to a $5 stock with a 15mm float w fideltiy and vanguard can buy in and they will?

the float shrinks daily, vol ramps, and the stock heads toward it's true value

plug traded like this; screwed around under $5; once it broke $5, it saw $11 in days and thats with a 88mm shr float

    see what could happen here?
we need to get over $5 and we will see double digits

    then talk deal

UNXL mentioned in Intel sponsored presentation

    thanks flyer
i looked at the pdf; couple of points

fpd china 2014 was march 18-20, 2014, so the data is current as of that date

on pg 4, he says intel doesn't have a favorite transparent conductor, they like them all for various reasons
    lower cost
    higher performance
    new capabilities

    pg 18

    copper mesh

    atmel - photolithography
lg innotec - photolithography or nano-printing
    unipixel - flexographic printing

funny how unxl and atml are in the same grouping given the wars here on this board

as of march 18, intel thinks unxl is going to make it
    thats how i read it
no way they mention unxl, especially with their public deal with unxl, if they thought unxl wouldn't make it

we'll make it but just barely

this also ties into the rumored extension on the contract with intel

New CEO will cause stock to leap

remember the other day when i posted that new ceo = process works? could be

also, this is suze's post on sec deadlines; i just checked; unxl announced the sec subpoena on nov 22 so i assume that's when the 6 mth clock started ticking; 6 mths puts us at may 22 or so

obvious you're expecting news and it's delayed

they're waiting on something else to announce the new ceo

has to be good news in that process works would be great news and resolution of the sec inquiry removes a serious overhang

    they're waiting on something

    by wirthsuze • Mar 1, 2014 12:57 PM Flag

According to 1934 by laws SEC section 4E/section 5 the SEC is required to respond within 180 days of on site examination of records, etc. Given the meeting with the SEC took place sometime in early December it would be a likely safe to assume the response sometime before early May. Likely in April?

pretty simple; we ran from low 3's to right at 4 in anticipation of aacr on heavy vol of 3mm shrs a day

looks like cell the news to me as the abstracts, altho positive, were basically expected, and we have fallen back 50 pennies on vol of several hundred k

we need vol in the worst way and by vol i mean in the millions

next catalyst i see is the announcement of the start of the gsk trial and i think that will lite a fire under us

next catalyst are then the q1 call, it was may 6 last year, and asco, even tho now it appears we wont be presenting the complete results there,it is still a catalyst

shock, one of the new ceo's first jobs, after fixing the damn thing, lol, will be to regain the street's trust; unxl is the absolutely most despised, hated stock on the board, by both longs and shorts at this point.

    i have never heard outright hostility like we heard on reed's last call where the 'tute ripped reed a new one publicly;

we have to start over somewhere and this is it

go see noah and pretend you're on the ark

with tradewithjoe, joebriaca, arnoldkatz in the bunks next to you

    you're all humanity has left

now that i think about it; carl said 4- 6 weeks which is approximately 40 days of rain

holy smokes, we are on the ark

    2 questions

release top line results in march and embargo them until a medical conference 6 months away; that doesn't make sense; the q1 conference call last year was on may 6 so i expect the q1 call this year in the same time frame; i would hope oxgn clarifies in what forum the results will be released

if o/s is reached while the results are still embargoed, i would think oxgn has to release that information as its material news; i've been working under the theory that no news is good news with respect to o/s

once o/s is reached, oxgn has to report the results, no report o/s hasn't been reached is my theory
if for example, o/s is reached in july, and the results are embargoed until sept, does oxgn have to report the news in july or sept? i would think as material news, they have 4 business days to release that info

one last point, if o/s is trending positive but not stat siginificant, then that is a huge win for oxgn and the patients
some study i looked at the other day showed a positive trend but no stat signficance

    thanks

authors position is basically that o/s is required for fda approval. lots of drugs with pfs; fda wants survival now

I think the better things to watch for are filing of ema approval (given the orphan designation for act and avastin/zyberstat)....... think we are going to come in one day and roche will buy them out if the price stays down here.......just too cheap
