Dump it, yes, he owns 70% and he can dump it all, wait could there be just a little possibility that he needs to disclose a change in ownership.
Another useless sperrm cell wasted.
The latest filing by GSAT is a nail in SAHM's coffin.
Agreed they are very smart also add they knew that JM could not buy any more stock and has his hands pretty much tied. November 5 can change the entire financial face of gsat if jJM pays of the coface debt.
But as you said they did lots of dd and knew they had a window of opportunity to strike.
But they are still a..holes for what they did and hurting little investors should have consequences.
Revenue is easy to determine just look at property monthly rents.
Expenses are a little harder at face value especially considering the properties are triple net.
To be able to buy a single tenant triple net lease co with a 11% yield is mind boggling I will dip my toe sin at sub $8.00 if I can for 2k shares.
My thoughts for what they are worth.
My top reits
2) ras apts tied
they gave some good numbers and are growing nicely.
I do love apartment reits but anchored grocery stores are my second real estate love.
NNN reits come in 3rd as they are boring with min div increases just safe cahs flows, except arcp which is why I snagged some today at 7.86. Will add more as more news comes out that looks okay.
also started a position in pbf a refiner thats doing very good upside and good divy.
Good luck to all
If receivables or some other non cash type of asset went up then maybe but cash is a pretty simple asset to confirm and cash only increases by more debt or increase in sales and receivables.
Hard to see fraud at all especially considering the division they bought they use to own so they know it well.
Qtrly financials are usually not audited, so Grant Thornton would have no liability unless the problems occured earlier and should have been caught in the year end audit.
GFIG cannot accept a cheaper price, BGCP has put them in a bind.
Board can ask for a higher or matching price but BGCP can offer more say $5.50, so either BGCP either gets more cash for their shares or completes the buyout or totally stops a competitor from growing either way BGCP wins.
Howard knows what he is doing, Howard is the master of bluff poker!!
Hey db check the flux capacitor there seems to be some drag and while you are at it 103 has some drift on the radius rise look into that as well.
And by the way techies are much needed on this and gsat board. I can talk java, pl/sql/ shell all day long but wifi not to much so welcome them, take a drink and hug a scantily clad large breasted babe.
I followed up on MXSAILOR's lead and discovered there is another new technology called dream weaving. Dream Weaving can replace all communication as it uses heavy hallucinogenic drugs and leads people to actually believe they are communicating to each other. This new technology will do away with all wires, towers, satellites and transponders. A simple pill does the trick.
