and no one posts. Well glad I have been adding between mid 8's to sub 9
Lots of news about rising rents, as predicted irt may raise their divy.
Desperate people make lots of mistakes and this article is fatal if this is their idea of a bash article.
Look at the stocks they have bashed recently one bought out for a 40 % premium and others on new highs, ouch they are getting slaughtered. Guess when your entire investment premise is based upon half stories lacking meaningful facts proves you did little or no dd.
Well I agree rates will eventually go up but maybe a point max 1 1/2 weak economic news still trumps rate hikes.
The talking heads have been sayiong this for two years now and Yellen says NO, yet they still do not listen.
I am seeing 30 year fixed home loans in low 4's approx 4 1/8 that tells the story.
.v means Vancouver exchange in Canada, it is a Candaian co and the abcaf is the US adr symbol.
I bought through Fidelity and own abcaf.
Like Secretariat in the Belmont: "He is moving like a tremendous machine!"
Chic Anderson announcer, rip.
Killer clowns, I liked bid boobe d babes from saturn 9!
I hope you are right about the 60, I see 40 easy.
mlp's should trade on yield and growth 105 is where this should be based upon my own #'s for now until they announce new distribution or other news, remember this is an mlp not a c corp.
First HCLP and EMES are MLP's therefore never use pe to calculate an mlp not ifs ands or butts because of non cash expenses and capex requirements.
If we did consider pe's then your forward pe for emes doesn't include the two new mines coming online nor the new sand pricing and their new contracts with the canadian rr and new rr cars they contracted.
HCLP has more long term fixed price contracts which is good but removes theie bottom line from any sand price increases while emes has lots of room for growth. They could pay as much as $15 per share by ye 2015.
If they announce an increase in distribution then charts are out the window.
You never owned this stock nor will you ever own this stock, why don't you just short it los emor emoney and go home.
Tomorrow we go up $2.50 on tap to 175 by ye 2015.
An oil co in Canada mentioned sand is getting tight!
Longer contracts and rising prices will be the new norm.
No it was grossly under priced and paying 10% pretty obvious is was a double from there and will grow nicely as it ramps up its new mines and contracts and slowly pays out rising distributions and hits 175 by ye 2015.
