I now only like apartments, still a lot of vacancies in the commercial areas. Medical properties are a specialty like storage bins, I really do not know enough about them. My biggest fear is some wacko politicians like the new mayor of NY will go tax crazy and double taxes on commercial realty. The properties that IRT owns are in somewhat conservative areas with growing economies which is the biggest attraction for rent increases.
