    GE Restructuring

Great trade. I am sure your trade was real since you came to the board and told us ahead of time what you were doing. I like to see people making real money. Not a big fan of someone coming to the board and telling us they have traded UTX 11 times and made money when UTX has done very little in that time frame. Anyone believing that fantasy and trying it is sure to lose money. Guess they figure that makes them look like a smart person but too me they look like a clown. As you know I have a different trading profile. I consider myself a market timer and the only stocks I hold now for any length of time are the high dividend stocks and they are in my Roth Ira's. I usually write calls of them and never hold them for too long. With the kind of market we have most everything is going up. I have to do that because most of the IRA's pay nothing. You are still working so you need to assume more risk to accumulate wealth. Hope you can make enough money by the time you retire where you do not have to assume the risk. I was lucky to have lived at the right time where I could make my money trading the oversea markets. They have essentially taken that away so I have to be content with the 3.5% and jump in and out when I see an opportunity. Never with too much money because I have made mine. GE is doing the right thing by getting out of the financial business. I currently use GE online banking. They are paying 1.05% which is the highest I have found. Most of the other online banks are paying 0.9%. Not sure what is going to happen with all the countries printing more money but it can't be good.

You are telling us they are going to cut their dividend. What makes you think you can short the stock and make money if they do not cut their dividend. Are you really going short? You think that is a wise thing to do?

When T doesn't cut it's dividend in May will you stop posting your stupidity? I think you should put all your money into shorting T. A very wise move.

Wait until they report their earnings. That is why we buy companies because they make money. This company is not making money. It is a loser.

You need not concern yourself with my health. I am very healthy and will be here long after you are gone. Why would I care who likes my post. Some people like to believe in fairy tales. For all I know it is just some of the many names you have posting the dislikes. This is the real world KID and only an idiot likes to pay the IRS because he didn't have enough money withheld in his distribution. No one but you makes 11 trades on UTX stock since the beginning of the year and makes money. Anyone believing something so stupid deserves to loose money. Look Clara belle do yourself a favor and start concentrating on the real world and stop trying to discredit me. If you want to be of use tell us what is the EURO going to do to UTX's earnings since you seem to be all wise in UTX stock?

Why would anyone choose to pay a penalty to the IRS? If you want to pay the penalty go ahead but advise others about the tax implications if they choose to do something so stupid.. It is not a wise way of spending all the money you make in the stock market. Are you for real or just some alias of KID's? KID likes for me to expose him or else he wouldn't provoke me.

It is really nice to know there are cheerleaders other than you trying to pump up the stock. Maybe good old Ed can tell us something we don't already know; like how the Euro will effect UTX earnings. You and good old Ed are just trying to make us money right? If you really want to make us money tell us before you make the trade and then tell us when it is time to get out. The rest of us want to make money trading UTX 11 times. Why you keeping all this information a secret? Would be nice if you shared with the rest of us.

You have can't show me anything I would believe. You are from fantasy land where everyone lives happily ever after. I live in the real world where when you make a lot of money you have taxes withheld on your 401k distribution or the IRS will come after you. Any one out there make a lot of money and do not have taxes withheld?????? It is only you Clara Belle. You are the only one who makes a lot of money and does not have taxes withheld on your 401k distribution. Your name is another word for false information.

What is your purpose in dragging out some old post from 2012 and 2010. If you want to be helpful drag out your old post telling people they do not need to have money withheld when they receive their 401k distribution. That way people will know you are from fantasy world. I am surprised the IRS doesn't have you in jail. The world is constantly changing and I do not base my investment decisions on a post from the past. Do you really think this post is helpful for making investment decisions? You seem to want to cast doubts on my creditability but it is your post that have a problem. No one but you trade UTX 10 times since the beginning of the year. You seem to indicated others should buy UTX and be happy but that is not they way you play the stock. You need to concentrate on making post that make sense and stop trying to trash others. Your post remind me of a comic book where Goofy is the main character.

The gold and silver I own was purchased back in the 80's. I bought it for protection in case our government destroyed our money. I would not recommend gold as an investment now. The FED has been very successful at inflating our currency without giving us inflation. Think you have to have inflation for gold to do well. Inflation comes with excess consumption and as I said the money has gone to the banks. They are not consumers. Without inflation do not see gold going up.
