    Moving on....

I suggest you copy your remarks and send them on to the company. They either don't understand the dispair among stock holders or they are really not stock market smart. However, you should note that the insiders are continual buyers. The mgt needs to cut CAPEX and use 50% of the cut to buyback stock (thereby increase book value) and 50% to reduce debt.

    PWE should find new bankers

Management needs to cut back Capex and layoff adminstrative personnel. ½ the money can be used to reduce debt and the other ½ be used to buy back stock so that shareholders benefit from the low stock price.

I would hate to see the dividend cut. They could cut Capex instead. Also cut executiove salaries. I would like thenm to continue to concentrate on reducing debt and to buy back shares at these levels. That would enhance book value and should the company be sold, we would get more money. I was under the belief that they sold a lot of futures at very high levels. The DRIP was dropped because the stock price is far below book value.

You have no idea what the Saudis are doing. I doubt you know very much. What are your viable sources? If you want to go short, buy my puts that I am offering at $1.50

    Blood From a Turnip..........

I applaud you for your trades. What people do not realize is that all professional traders look for quick small profits. I am not astute so I use writing options to bring in what I want. I am a buyer at these levels and a seller of $10 calls. I wish I could sell $12.5 calls but there are no buyers. At $10, the current dividend yield is 10% and frankly I hate to give up stock at that price but besides the dividends, I will have made a capital gain. Frankly, I like the company and the management . I remain, The Option Writer.

  • The Board should vote to reduce CAPEX by $100 MM and buyback 50MM shares. That woiuld increase the book value by 10% SHOULD there be a buyout. It could also mean a 10% increase in the new current dividend, which was cut too much.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • The first is to cut CAPEX by $100MM and the saved funds should be used 50% to buy back stock and 50% to retire debt. Then, the stock should be reverse split 1 for 2. This will bring the stock over $3.00 and that would allow certain mutual funds to buy shares as they are restricted to buying shares that must be over $3.00. Some funds need to have a $5.00 minimum price before buying.

You may be right. I have sold puts at $1.50 that expire this Friday. This management should cut back Capex and start buying back shares for the company and not for themselves. That way, we all benefit.

Send your complaints and questions to JBLU

I guess you do not own any shares of JBLU.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • I went to their site to ask about a cash dividend and there is no connection to Investor Relations. That tells me that management does not care. I did send an email to them about the lack of the connection and the question about the cash dividend. Management pay is roughly $3 MM a year ($60,000 awe). Well good for them. How about us, as owners, get something too? If you agree, then write to JBLU and not here.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • I wish they would state the revenue and what they paid for the new company. I figure that DDD had reveune of about $647 MM in 2014 and I am project revenue of $750-$800 MM for 2015 and $900 MM in 2016.

    Stock Buyback

    by badmoon_ryzzin Dec 8, 2014 11:14 AM

The company was doing quite well at $90. They have sold most of their future production until 2017. Is mdb4403 short? If so when would they cover? If not, what was the point of their erroneous statement? No one has lost money unless they sold. like when the stock price goes up, nop one has made a profit until the stock is sold. I am comfortable with the current dividend. No matter what my bid is, sellers seem to find it. The stock is no longer margainable and maybe the sellers are investors who had the stock on margin and could not meet the margin call. Margin calls could force the stock down to $1 but the company would not be worse. In the housing boom, my home reached a value of $60,000 and then plunged to $200,000. No matter, I live here so the value is meaningless. PWE pays the same dividend regardless of the stock price. The new management has reduced the debt by a substantial margin which reduced interest costs and reduced future forced currency considerations. The tax selling pressure will be off in January and I presume the stock price will rise but that will not change the dividend. I feel sorry for the people getting margin calls and are being forced to sell. The stock goes XD in 21 days.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • I think the new American Congress will force the President to sign off on the Keystone project. That could give PWE a boast of $1 or $2.

HOW IS THE PGH DIVIDEND WORKING OUT?

Please sell out your shares. You can take a tax loss and recover some of your money. I am sure you, in your wisdom, can find a better dividend stock.

So drop the DRIP if it bothers you. I see higher prices in the future and I have been selling puts and I have been put but so what? The dividend yield I am currently getting is great, the current price is well below book value, the management is executing properly and I know the Canadian dollar will eventually trade higher against the US dollar and that the Keystone project will go forward in 2 years.

I would love to see a merger of SSYS and DDD. With all of their patents, HP would be a dead issue. More important, duplicate costs would lbe eliminated (1 CEO, 1 COO smaller number of board, less show costs etc) and we would see excelerated development.

I am happy to say that Cramers foundation is caught in Twitter. I am writing put options on LINE and LNCO. Cramer will prove to be wrong again. I am just trying to take advantage of it. I am very long LINE and LNCO and I love the monthly distributions and dividends I get. I would like the company to work on reducing debt.Frankly, based on the current price, I really do not care if they don't raise the dividend.

    Leak ? ? ?

Some one must have leaked out about the elimination of the dividend. I hope the SEC looks at this. I would rather the company pay the reduced dividend and reduce the number of dollars used to buy back stock. Management salaries should be reduced too. If us owners have to suffer, then so should management. Let's hope the Board does the right thing for us, the owners. I just wrote my complaints to management.

Many investors do not realize that these oil producers have sold future production. The main thing is, the dividend is safe.
