Time to remove all the management under the New CEO. The plan to create value by dividends, stock buybacks and division by two has failed miserably. I think he should fire them right away and bring in some expertise from the outside. If the new management cannot come up with a go forward plan that is exciting its time to sell this operation to the highest bidder.

Hope I got that right. Will also be looking at Cash On Hand which is dropping p[recipitiously as they use the money to pay dividends and buy back stocks to jack up EPS. At some point that game must end; I wonder what the new CEO plans are as well. Maybe he will clean house. IMHO this company will be bought out once the CEO sees the reality of his situation - the prior management hosed this company with financial engineering and gave it no place to grown. It is flying too low, too slow. CRASH

Here's hoping he is here to feed the cow and make it grow rather than just milk it like so many others before him. This company needs to take new risks on new horizons or call it quits and get acquired.

Thanks for the info. Looks like this stock is overvalued. Once the stock buys stop and the dividend is cut to stop stop the cash drain it will be a good time to pick this one up at a fair market price. Probably in the $10-$15 range. Also look for a new management team to replace the current crop who are picking its bones clean.

Draining cash on dividends and even more on stock buybacks. The game is nearly over as the cash bin is nearly emptied. The cash on the balance sheet and cash flow statement tells the story. If they cut the dividend the value funds will dump out. This stock is a SELL. Needs a makeover and fast. "Jumper' is getting out.
