Hop on board and take a magic carpet ride.

Tight trading has been the norm, but I expect that to abruptly change with a huge surge.

The new scam in town and maybe it is not new but I am suspicious that lawyers are hooking up with traders to run the stock price down through fear manipulation.

Impax Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ: IPXL) and Zogenix (Nasdaq: ZGNX) are active as the FDA denied a petition to block generic forms of Endo Pharma's (Nasdaq: ENDP) Opana.

Monday:
1. Volume of 5,000,000 or more.
2. Zogenix ZGNX on 'Price % Gainers list'.
3. Close over $2.00 a share.

The pumping by the Big Boyz and Big Girlz has just begun and now the stock will be moved upward.

The company may explore various strategic alternatives, including a sale of the company or its assets or a corporate merger. The company is considering all possible alternatives, including further restructuring activities, wind-down of operations or bankruptcy proceedings.

That is why 6 is afraid.
