Wow we are all coward losers. I think you have some anger issues you need to work on . I think his only point was that the Tom Weisman that was posting on this board isn't the one you think you he is. I haven't seen any post from yanm that did anything but criticize WM so what are you busting on him about?
That at least I agree with. I think the company is interesting and if the price falls enough I would take a chance with it but even though it's only $3 the risk/reward isn't quite there yet for me. Wish they had some leaps on this.
Already sold? what makes you think that? You sure you aren't talking about the warrants being exercised? They just filed the prospectus for the latest offering on the 13th so I doubt those are sold.
I doubt the announcement is going to help. Might spike the stock price but the long term prospects for this fuel from this company look pretty grim. The problem is no one is going to commit to something that has such limited supply and is this expensive. Just because people are testing it doesn't mean they are going to actually adopt it. It will be years before this can become profitable if ever and there are more promising techs out there in the future. If they can't get multiple suppliers for this fuel it's not going anywhere. Actually the fuel itself will probably get adopted but it will probably be from less expensive sources that are still very early in their development.
and so you've come to the conclusion that the tom weisman you investigated using social media is the person posting as tom weisman on this site? Wow, you are really too naive to be trading stocks. You are also saying you didn't research the management of this company before you bought it? I'd suggest you go ahead and do that. Your aren't going to be happy with the results though.
there is no way either of you or vgril believe what you are saying so I can only conclude you are trying to pump the stock either because you are paid to do so or for your own selfish purpose. That or you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about or are insane. Fortunately I'm pretty sure no one will actually believe either of you.
Don't you think those percentages are pretty meaningless at this price? You can't sell enough shares of this stock for to make 10% work out to a meaningful gain. If you bought $100 worth it would have to go up 20% just to pay the commission and $100 is 10% of the daily volume.
This post is rather confusing considering you other post about the company going into decay. I guess you mean KCSA is going to come out with some really good news? I think we all know there isn't any really good news or FARE would have already posted it. I'm sure FARE is hoping KCSA can come out with a more believable lie than they have been able to but I think people know this company too well by now..
Sad to say cause I still own a ton of this stuff so I'd love to see it actually do something but I've pretty much written it off. I think they are supposed to be out of money now so I'm wondering how they are paying KCSA. I would expect to hear something about loan defaults soon.
You know a stock is bad when all the paid pumpers are gone with a stock this cheap. Haven't seen anyone on here pumping this stock for awhile which tells you a lot.
I doubt KCSA can do much with this stock. There has been to much hype around it for too many years. Since there is no real catalyst such as sales the best they could do is hype the stock on bbs like this but that has already been done for too long on this stock so that isn't going to work. I'm still waiting to see what they are going to say, should be interesting.
Do you really think a post like that is helpful? What "Really good news" could you possibly be talking about and what makes you think it is about to hit? Seriously, there is no information in your post, it's a complete waste of time. Maybe your just trying to pump the stock but you are not even going to accomplish that with a post like that.
Alaska was also the first airline to test the bio fuel made from fats. Their tests were successful but they did not adopt it. The cost of alternative fuel is WAY too high at this point for a commercial airline to use it.
That is a somewhat misleading post. Yes they are selling the fuel but for test purposes only. The military has not yet certified it although I expect that they will complete that this year. It's not like this is the only alt fuel that will be used though or that they are going to all alt fuel. the military has committed to some fairly aggressive goals but they also consider their commitment complete with the testing. The airlines will be much slower to adopt it. Cost is still an issue and it's not like GEVO doesn't have competitors. They are also bleeding money at a high rate and they are not going to be profitable for a long time. You may be right in the long run but thi stock is not going to explode in the near future on fundamentals. No way to predict what the stock price might do on a short term basis since people can get suckered into anything but to actually have long term value or growth it is going to have a lot of competition and this technology might not even be the one that wins out. This stock is a gamble pure and simple. I have no position and probably won't be taking any either way since I can't decide on what the upside here really is in the long term. I'll have to wait until their finances are in better shape. That 17m they hope for in the latest offering doesn't even last them long considering they fcf is $30M
so yes your research
That's absolutely true. I have yet to find a board that want's to discuss the stock honestly using facts. It like a wreck though you can't stop looking at them! :)
