Will there be vindication for all the hundreds of shareholders/employees that lost thousands upon thousands of dollars under his reign? I hope so!
There was a law firm from NY by the name of Levi and Korinsky (sp) that specializes in shareholder lawsuits. They call it a shareholders derivative action whereby a shareholder or group of shareholders file suit against one or more officers of a company for breaching the fiduciary responsibilities owed to the shareholders. In my opinion, this is a definite case study and the UCONN business dept should get right on this breaking story and roll-up their president who is, figuratively, sleeping with Sr.to get her donations locked up.
Sitting on the BOD is a college president, a retired private school head-master, a few of Bob's cronies and himself truly. There is no separation of the CEO and the Chairman of the Board, a huge question mark in today's corporate governance. I can't wait to see how much money he is pulling out of the company along with his spawn. I was also told by someone at ground zero (corporate) that Sr hardly ever goes into the office any more. Whether or not that is true I can't say for sure. Sounds like there is more to come! A general question that comes to mind, can an intern get a whistle blower reward from the IRS or SEC if in fact there are some issues recently uncovered and if in fact what uhohcenveo is saying is true about an intern mole?

One has to ponder where this whole mess is going to be this time next year. Revenues will most likely be down since there are still service and manufacturing issues at so many of the facilities and one 4 to 8 week slow down will mean whoring work again. Key number is the organic sales number, ex Westvaco and ex National Envelope. I sense may sales people are ready to leave since they got a right hook to the jaw with all the overlap of sales territories. All eyes will be on the 10K when Sr discloses his income along with his spawn and cronies. Will Joe make it to senior management this year? All will unfold in the months ahead. Donnelly and Quad must be circling the carcass waiting to pounce on any little piece that remains.
Just because Robert, Sr. has a lot of money into the company and he wants to do well does not mean anything. Nepotism and corporate greed run amuck in this organization. Share price started out the year at $3.44 and should close around $2.10 today. This in the face of one of his spawn being promoted to president and the others being nestled into senior positions. His kids steered this ship into a market cap decline of about $87,000,000.00 as they all rape the treasury with heavy salaries, stock awards and bonuses. What they can't get out with share values they make up for it with a cash grab.
UCONN business department should attaché someone to this story and do a case study for the business department on corporate greed.
In closing, they have hurt a lot of people financially, emotionally, and physically. Best of luck in 2015.
I wonder if they are going through with the shareholder Derivative Action lawsuit this year? If memory serves me correctly they mentioned in a past PR that they were looking into this due to the supposed breach of fiduciary responsibilities from the COB and CEO of Cenveo. Exorbitant compensation by the CEO, nepotism leading to so many family and friends on the dole all while the company hemorrhages millions and owes hundreds of millions in debt. A little digging and I think they have a solid case.
Senior knows he can't get the money back through the share price so why not grab the cash. My guess is that he will once again make over $6 Million this year not to mention the kids take. No shame in Greenwich!
When do the bonus checks get sent out?
How many sales people will be left at the end of 2015?
How many free shares will each of Sr's children get in their stockings this year?
Will Slow Joe be promoted to an officers position?
